I booked an appointment with the service department of

I booked an appointment with the service department of Schicker for a warranty issue on my new Ford weeks in advance. I arrived for my 7 a.m. appointment and was told by service rep Dave Chandler that they were running 48 hours behind and that I would have to leave my car for two days, minimum. I told him that was unacceptable. He said, "I'm just telling you how it is." A statement he repeated several times. This is a huge contrast to their Quick Lane service which has always been excellent, I was told to take his offer or go. I went. I do not recommend this dealership.

I scheduled my new Escape for a warranty issue weeks in advance, the safety sensors were all giving error messages and the collision warnings did not work. I scheduled service at 7 a.m. and showed up on the dot. The service rep Dave Chandler told me I needed to drop it for for at least two days. I told him this was unacceptable. He said that is just the way it is and that they were running 48 hours behind. No offer to reschedule at a convenient time, no offer of a dealer loan. Just a smug, "I am telling you the way it is." A statement he repeated several times. The main service department is a huge contrast to the Quick Lane service offered in another building of the dealership, their service has always been efficient and prompt, the dealership has a disconnect somewhere. I cannot recommend Schicker Ford.

Went by Quick lanes because of my mirror hanging off the

Went by Quick lanes because of my mirror hanging off the frame. I was so happy to have spoken with Blake after giving that call to Schicker Ford to see if they would be able to repair it. I was in the neighborhood and Blake looked at it and fixed it immediately. Was very pleased with that quick repair and awesome Customer Service received at Quick Lanes!

Great service department!

Great service department! I was dreading bringing my car to a dealership due to past experiences, but the problem had to be serviced by one (horrible experience with Sunset Ford previously and Sinclair did not impress me at all when I spoke to them about it). Another mechanic recommended Schicker and I am so glad he did! Everyone there was friendly, professional and they got the job done very quickly as promised. Used their shuttle service twice to/from work and that was also outstanding. No comparison, they are the BEST!

Rich - in Service dept - excellent.

Rich - in Service dept - excellent. Kept me informed throughout the service event. Rich went to battle for me on getting items covered from a 3rd party warranty company- Max-Care from Carmax. Good job to Rich - overseeing the service job and helping me with regular phone calls and updates.

Though the dealership has available appointment STL get

Though the dealership has available appointment STL get you in, the interaction with the service reps is lacking. Using text to communicate priory to their closing that my car was never seen (again an 8 am appt) and that they’re going to keep to the next day without informing me via a cal the garage was behind, and it would be okay with the car being held to the next day; is poor customer service. I don’t think I will go back to this dealership because of the customer service in their service department.
