Just bought used car from Jeff T. No pressure sales, he just asked which car I wanted and what I wanted my payment to be. efficient, courteous and helpful.... Al in Financing did some extra work to get me a good deal with warranty at a good payment amount. Everything was explained clearly, car was clean and full of gas. I will be back when I need another.
I was interested in a car they just got in with good miles. I called about it and they said it was being detailed. I asked if they could give me more details... about the car in the meantime which they didn't. After 3 days of waiting they told me they just got rid of all their cars that are under 5,000 dollars (this car was 5,200). If they knew they were going to do this from the start they should've just let me know. I guess since I wasn't spending 30,000 dollars it didn't matter to them. Very disappointed.
Took months to get sales man to send us paperwork after multiple messages. Went to get cars oil changed to find out the warrent/certified was never put... in the system that we paid for. Have been calling for weeks and talked to Wayne, Nick and Josh to fix the problem with only to get empty promises of a fix and call back. No one there returns calls. Keep being told so sorry for your inconvenience u didn't talk to me I'll fix it and call u back, days weeks later no call. DON'T TRUST THEM!!
If you want a great experience ask for Alex Clark. He really made this whole process so easy. He was never pushy and was so quick to respond to my many... questions. Could not be happier with my new Buick and this dealership.
