Giles is everything you expect from sheisters.

Criminal. Pay attention to every line item they list on your purchase agreement They add thousands of dollars after you agree to a price. They will then try everything up to an including acting as though they did not say things they did within the hour. AVOID GILES dealerships at all costs. They haven't accumulated all of the car lots they have by being honest.

If you are a woman and would prefer to speak with a professional and not sexist aggressive disrespectful person like Ryan Leblanc the “President” of giles auto and something at this little dealership. Steer clear if you don’t appreciate misogyny and dismissive treatment over safety concern.

Shop Other Dealers

Just another, typical car dealership that try’s their best to sell you ANYTHING they can to boost the sales price. They would sell their mother and throw in their first born to make a buck. Buyer beware, make sure you go prepared, or better yet, shop 2-3 other dealers to get the best bottom line price.

Arrived for appointment on March 23, 2022 for a partial

Arrived for appointment on March 23, 2022 for a partial 60,000 needing only cabin filter, brake fluid change, undercarriage steering inspection and a continuous engine shutter and idoling problem. The oil change was not due for another 2,000 miles. The technician said I needed an oil change and my car was totally unsafe to drive because of the brakes. “Brake petal goes all the way to the floor. No leaks detected.” That is a lie! My brake petal has never touched the floorboard. It stops just after the accelerator petal. No inspection was noted about the undercarriage inspection. Lies, greed, deception, intimidation are not going to work. My car was found by me parked away from the dealership. I was not notified they had done that by the service department. I will not be back.
