I stopped at this dealership today to look at one of the cars that they listed on cars.com. (BMW 318ti 1995). First there was no one on the lot to greet my partner and I. We walked around for about 25mins looking around the lot and one one came to ask us if we needed help. Second when we asked for assistance and were pointed to where we could find help the customer service was horrible. All of the sales men that were in charge of the used car section were inside the dealership texting on their respective cell phones. When we walked in there seemed to be an attitude that we were in their way. Now when it cam to the price of the car. On there website it says one price, on cars.com it says another price and when I explained to the sales man that the price he quoted me was not only over the blue book value (if the car was in excellent conviction which it was NOT) but di not seem reasonable. When I informed him that would the fact that I was paying cash and did not need to finance the car he said no. Now I know for a fact that if someone does pay cash for a car then the price is usually lower. All and all I was really not pleased wit the experience and I will not be back and I will inform all of my friends and family to not do business there as well.
1st Class Customer service and sales
Simply put Chris Mensel and Trent Ellis ROCK! I went there to purchase a truck and they made the whole buying process and a positive experience. They totally stepped up to the plate and I know, and they know, what they did. You should absolutely use this store and ask for these guys in person for your purchase
what a mess
Went to this place to look at a specific car. First they could find it, when they found it, both tires were flat and the battery was dead. We went home and wont ever go back. The next day, they raised the listing price by over $1000. There is something really wrong with this dealership.
No thank, we will go somewhere else
Went to look at a car here. First they couldn't find it. When they found it, we couldn't test drive it because the battery was dead and two of the tires were flat. Now does that make you want to buy a car from them?
I purchased o used vehicle from them a few months ago. A week after i bought the vehicle i had a little problem with them not paying off my trade in. Then 30 days later they still didnt pay off my trade in then another 2 weeks past and they still didnt do it. finally after 2 months they payed off the vehicle then the truck i purchased from them basically died on me and guess what every month i have to fix something on this $22,000.00 truck i bought from them and the warranty was up 1month after purchase.
The best experience
I enjoyed my buyinh experience with this dealership. Trent was the dealer I worked with & he has been helpful, even after the 30 day warranty. Car is in the best condition & he was very honest about the vehicle & its' condition. I will definately do business with them again & have referred them to others.
This description of the car is wrong. States this engine is from a 1995-1996 300ZX. The engine in that 280ZX is clearly an inline 6. The 300ZX used a V6. Also those wheels are not original Z wheels but aftermarket replacements.
