I initially gave Royal Palm Nissan a good review for the sale of my 2016 Titan XD Pro-4X, but then I was told that the truck only came with one Intelligent Key. Hmm. Two keys, but only one key fob to remote-start the truck, remotely lock/unlock, remote trailer light check, etc. I had a Titan King Cab that was delivered with two fobs, a Titan that was delivered with two fobs, but times change? And then there was all the 2016 Nissan Vehicle Delivery System paperwork that hadn't been completed, that I discovered in the passenger-side door pocket. Had all the service-dept items checked off (battery test code wasn't entered where indicated, but who knows?) , but NOTHING completed for the sales dept. - checklist for familiarizing the customer with the truck's features was, of course, all blank. No wonder I had to use the Owner Manual to figure out things like "Tow Mode". I figured the single key fob was no big deal, since I paid less than $20 on Amazon for a replacement key fob for the Titan that I traded-in for the Titan XD. Guess again. $273 from a dealer (only) since it apparently requires programming that only a dealer can do. I pinged Nissan NA Consumer Services, and they informed me that two Intelligent Keys should have been delivered WITH the truck. Nissan NA told me to contact the Royal Palm Beach Nissan Service Manager, Jimmy Beal, to get the other key fob, and informed me that there was a recall on the truck that I should get "fixed" while I was at the dealer. Jimmy Beal set an appointment for me to get the recall work and key fob, and sent me a reminder the day of the appointment. I showed up at the dealership, gave them my one and only Intelligent Key, and left the dealership. 15 minutes later I get a call - "I'm sorry, but we don't have any Titan mechanics today, so we can't work on either of the recalls" (one which causes the fuel gauge to red incorrectly, and another to reprogram the transmission shift parameters). So, let me get this straight - I drive 45 minutes from where I live for a 1:30 PM appointment to get some defects fixed (and get the key fob that I should have been delivered with the truck), and I get a call from RP Nissan a goodly while after I leave, saying that one Titan mechanic was on vacation, and the other one didn't show up for work. Okay, I understand scheduling problems, but RP Nissan had 4+ hours that day prior to my appointment to call me (and any other Titan owners who were scheduled to have service work performed that day) and say, "Sorry, we need to reschedule", and they just couldn't be bothered - because you can't tell me that in the history of RP Nissan, this is the first time that something like this has happened. You'd think they would at least wash the truck by way of apology, but no - I got the second Intelligent Key, and an apology that was essentially, "sh-t happens". I know it isn't the service writer's fault, but OMG, I certainly won't ever do business with Royal Palm Nissan again if it can be avoided! Nissan builds a GREAT truck, but I have yet to encounter a Nissan dealer in the West Palm Beach area that is worth a damn for sales and service (although Wallace Nissan in Stuart has a decent service department). If the Toyota Tundra met our requirements, we would have bought a Tundra rather than the Titan XD, if for no other reason that the two Toyota dealer we have had sales and service from, Treasure Coast Toyota, has been 5/5 for both our Toyotas - professional, timely, courteous. Nissan, are you listening? Your horrendous sales and service is severely degrading the value to customers (and your corporation) of your great trucks!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2016 Titan XD Pro-4x from Royal Palm Nissan in November of 2016. Our salesperson, Brandone Gomez, was friendly and knowledgeable of the features of the truck, and was a real pleasure to work with. Jimmy Beale, the sales manager, worked with us on the price of the truck and gave us a fair trade-in value for our 2006 Titan SE (LOVED that truck, which was solid as a rock)(anyone looking for a good used Titan with Max Tow and 82k miles that still runs like a Swiss watch, call Royal Palm - fast!) Both Brandone and Jimmy were extremely courteous and went "above and beyond" to explain any details we didn't fully understand, and alleviate any concerns that we raised. Only downside, the "detailing team" that was supposed to clean the truck before delivery certainly didn't do any "detailing" (more like "sprayed it with a hose"), since the new truck had dirt and water spots all over, but I guess that's what happens when they do the work after sundown(?) I also had to remove a bunch of part# stickers/barcode stickers from the inside of the driver's side door frame (yes, obvious as soon as you opened the door), which didn't say much about the "detail" of the "detailing". Other than the "detailing", our entire purchase experience with Royal Palm Nissan was a pleasure. Highly recommended.
