Was looking for a newer Sienna AWD. Looked at all Toyota dealer websites from St Louis to Springfield, IL to Mt Vernon and Effingham. Lou Fusz had one that looked like best deal. Contacted online and very shortly had email from Roger Heffernan (on a Friday). Vehicle was at detailers and did not come available until Thursday (it was Christmas week). I'd email Roger once a day, and he would promptly answer and let me know the status on the van. Once it was in, he had the van ready to look at and with his boss Jeff Strum painlessly expedited us through the trade in and purchase process. I got a fair value for my trade, and a fair purchase price. Highly recommend Roger if you're looking for a used vehicle.
