Scott Gryzmala. exceeds expectations every time.
The Lou Fusz Toyota Service Department is by far the best around and it is why our family buys nothing but Toyota products. ,Scott Gryzmala is a veteran with the service team and every time something comes up, whether it is a unique situation or a regular oil change, he always exceeds my expectations. This past week I damaged the passenger side mirror on my new 2019 4-Runner. I though that it was going to take the purchase of an entirely new mirror unit to correct the situation. I was sure of it. Well lo and behold, Scott and and the team in the service bay were able to perform some magic and make things new again with the original mirror apparatus. It looks great and works perfectly. Doing what it takes to go the extra mile for a customer is never easy but Scott and the tech team at LFT do their best to make it a cottage industry. Hadn't planned on doing it, but still glad I did.
I rely heavily on my car. I had a 2004 Town & Country van that was in steady decline. It's December and I knew I needed to do something. I watched endless YouTube videos and talked to several people in the parking lot at Lowes or Schnucks or the gas station that had the short list of vehicles I was interested in. I happened by Seeger Toyota...moving on. I went to Lou Fusz Toyota. Salesman James Donohue and sales manager Shane Roemer could not have been more helpful. I went in with a long list of questions and James answered every one without hesitation. I could tell he really knew the details of the car I was interested in and why I was interested in it. He also let me know of other options and was not the least bit pushy. Without dragging my little story on and on, let me just say...I really am glad I went to Lou Fusz Toyota and I really am glad I was lucky enough to have James Donohue as my salesman!

Great deal!!!!
This was my first buying experience with Lou Fusz Toyota in St. Louis. It will not be my last. This was a smooth and easy process to purchase my new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with my sales consultant Roger Heffernan. Roger made sure we were in our comfort zone. Honest and Friendly Service
We worked with Roger Heffernan and I have to say he was extremely patient throughout our process. He worked to find us the best option for our budget and kept all the facts on the table throughout.
