This was my first purchase from North Park Lincoln. My husband and I went to the Northeast used car location because I had my eye on a 2008 Saturn Outlook... XR, and the sticker price had just dropped. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by sales consultant Rene Ramirez. I told Rene exactly what I was looking for and was taken directly to the Saturn. I felt absolutely no pressure from Rene. He let me take my time exploring the vehicle. I told Rene that I didn't want to waste my time. He took us inside for some quick paperwork, and then a test drive. Rene was extremely pleasant and helpful. The remaining process was quick and painless. The business manager, Gilbert Hinojosa, found us a much better deal than my husband and I expected. This was by far my best vehicle buying experience. I will absolutely recommend Rene Martinez and North Park Lincoln Northeast.
After searching for 2 weeks all over Corpus Christi and then San Antonio for the perfect used car, we stumbled upon North Park used lot on I-35 and sales... rep. Rene Ramirez. Thank God! My daughter and I thought the deal was too good to be true, so we left to shop around some more. After seeing just about everything to offer, we went back to I-35 Lot and bought the perfect used car, fully loaded and perfectly priced! In all my years of shopping for cars and dealing with the usual sleazy car salesman, this experience was extremely pleasant and easy. From now on, Rene Ramirez at North Park I-35 will be my go-to person and place for used cars. I will not go anywhere else. The sales manager told us their slogan is "We want to sell you your second car"! I'm a believer now!
