Although Krystal did not have the exact car we wanted in the end, they were super duper polite with test drives, answering all our questions, and helping us to locate potential cars. It is a tough time because so many factories were closed so we ended up finding a car at another dealer. Prior to our choosing the car we wanted, Krystal was very clear in giving us out the door price options for many different selections. This is always a great sign.
