Purchased 4 new Goodyear summer4 tires in April …..inst6alled on car and had a vibration.....took back to check balance ….sti9ll had some vibrati8on....I... rotated tires and drove to Ohio...the steering wheel vibrated all the way on the trip....today I took the car to another repair shop......All 4 tires were not balanced correctly !!!!! shop took some weights off that were not needed or in the wrong place !!!!….it costs $50 to have tires balanced correctly.....I won't be taking my Equinox in for service anymore or consider buyi9ng my next car from Edmunds...
As someone who's purchased numerous used/new vehicles, I'd like to consider myself as a well-educated buyer who's familiar with the whole car-buying experience... thing. Which is why I truly hate shopping for a vehicle. Sure, its fun to drive the latest makes and models, but why does it seem like it takes a whole day just to look at 1-2 cars? My experience at Edmond Chevrolet was, however; quite different than what I've experienced all-too often in the past. Instead of being 'pulled' in different directions (in an attempt to wear me out, frustrate me, and just get me to 'sign'), the staff at Edmond listened to what I wanted, looked at my offer, made a fair deal based on that info. I was in-and-out in less time than a typical doctor's appointment! I realize not all buyers are as prepared as I was, but my experience at Edmond Chevrolet has (finally) proven to me that car buying can be efficient, stress-free, and even a little fun! Thanks to Jayson, Bobbi and the team at Edmond for getting me in the car I wanted, pain free and with no regrets :-)

Warranty work was done on my 2016 Buick Cascada. The problem was diagnosed by knowledgeable, and skillful mechanics. The new part was installed. I was... given a courtesy 2015 Chevrolet Impala to drive while the work was being done.

If I could give zero stars I would. I realize we don't have perfect credit and I realize we are from another state than this dealership, but waiting 4... 1/2 days to get any and I mean ANY information back about financing after 8 phones calls is totally unacceptable. We needed a car ASAP as we were paying on a rental, but that didn't seem to bother them at all. They kept telling me just a few more hours and we'll have the info for you. Horrible customer service. I'm sure the vehicles are fine, but I wouldn't let people treat me this way when spending my hard earned money. Shop elsewhere and see the difference, we did and got a car in one day (same car).

I stopped to find out about an oil change. I pulled in and was told that i was in the wrong place. I should be in the chevy garage. I am just returning... to bradford and thought scholtz owned this place. It was the snotty rude attitude of the person working the garage last saturday. I was just looking for info and was treated so badly that i will never stop there again. I did business with these people a few years ago and was treated just as bad. I figured all new buildings that maybe they had gotten better to but was mistaken. Scholtz is actuly worse now.
Originally made the trip up for a 2008 Tacoma that I found on Cars.com. That vehicle sold, sales rep offered great deals on other vehicle. I liked the... 2013 Tacoma but it had a ding buy the passenger side taillight. The dealership was willing to repair it. Their body shop department did a really nice job on this repair. Plus they delivered the vehicle to my front door so I wouldn't have to make another trip back (1hr, 45min). It was like its all about customer satisfaction. Great employees, great deals, great customer caring, Great dealership. Two thumbs up for Shults Toyota of Bradford, PA!

Absolutely wonderful dealership!! My ordeal started out as a slight mishap on the side of the sales associate I was dealing with. But the dealership did... everything possible to make things right. AND THEY DID!! We got an even better vehicle then our original plans were and at a SWEET price. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. The people REALLY are pleasant to deal with.
