St. Cloud Hyundai

There was an issue with a new car I bought from a different company. My car is a Hyundai, they requested a part to be ordered from Hyundai parts department. I was in an out within a few hours. Experience was exceptional! Service was fantastic.

No one ever wants to experience a breakdown while on vacation, but it happened to me. My brand new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, with 6,050 miles on it, wouldn’t start and the fix wouldn’t be available until AFTER September 17th (if then) because the necessary parts are only made for new vehicles. WHAT??? Luckily I got towed into St. Cloud Hyundai and met Kameron. Kameron was empathetic to my plight and my dilemma. We worked together to find a replacement vehicle, worked with the finance team for a fair price for my virtually new vehicle and got me into another brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid.

Bought my 5th Hyundai and Couldn't be Happier!! I stopped in on a lark to check if a new Tucson was available after being told they had to be ordered and were several months out. I was called when they became available and even though it was still a wait, not for long. Love the new Tucson Hybrid.

Easy to get an appointment and great service. I was provided a ride to my VA doctors appointment and picked up afterwards in a timely fashion.

Needed an oil change and AC service...scheduled online and dropped keys in after hours box. They called to confirm instructions and recommended some things I hadn't thought of, some I accepted others were noted to cover later. Service was excellent, AC was covered under warranty and rough idle was alleviated and they even washed the car when finished. I am happy, Mrs. is happy, and best of all, my daughter doesn't complain anymore.

I had researched the Santa Cruz, and stopped in just to see, and an hour later drove off in it, having made a really good deal with my trade. It was a fun experience.
