I purchased a brand new 2023 Gladiator from South County

I purchased a brand new 2023 Gladiator from South County Dodge in May and had a positive purchase experience. However, with only 5,000 miles on the vehicle and no modifications or off-road use, we experienced the dreaded "death wobble," which can be quite frightening. I reached out to Sara, the service manager, several times, but she informed me that they couldn't schedule me in until January. This lack of urgency and inability to resolve the issue left me extremely dissatisfied. It seems that South County Dodge does not value customer relationships. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them.

Best car buying experience!

Best car buying experience! Chorba, James, Ken and Tonya we're amazing on the buying/trade in and finance end and Steve in the body shop was wonderful after someone decided to hit me and leave. Best place ever!!!

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! Please take my advice and steer clear of South county Dodge. They blatantly lie and manipulate numbers to con you into an extended warranty. You will be better off going to a different dealer and paying a higher cost. I was patient with the sales team even tho it took 6 HOURS to test drive 2 cars and to do paperwork. The absolute worst car buying experience in my life I will not return and I will advise as many people as I can to shop elsewhere.

You need more stars for Eric, five isn't enough!!!!! I would have to say Eric was one of, if not < the best sales person I have ever dealt with, and it's been a few. Everything was to the point, questions answered, and deal was finished in record time. Keep up the great work, see you in 2 or 3 years for another......if not sooner!

I knew Steve Ermer from previous dealings, I found out he was working at South County Dodge and I was looking for a Ram 2500. We ordered a new 2022 RAM 2500, exactly what I wanted, cheaper than any used truck I could find on any lot. I would have never known that was possible without him suggesting new. Great job, very informative and responsive service. I would recommend working with Steve Ermer to anyone. It's the employees that make the dealership...

Tried to get my new 2022 Ram 2500 in for a battery replacement after already being jumped by the roadside assistance. Was stranded again on Fri. Called the dealership to try and get battery checked/ replaced as would not hold a sufficient charge. Was told could not get it serviced until the end of March. Asked if a loaner was available. Was told would talk to Manager and call me back. Never received call back. Called Chrysler, explained I tried charging battery overnight. Had it checked, showed it had a bad cell. Called to see if you could exchange battery,told no had to go through service procedure. Called Chrysler, they were to get back to me. Never happened. Called again, told them I cannot go any longer without vehicle. Told to get battery and submit receipt for re-embursement. xxxx poor customer service ALL AROUND. Have driven MOPARS my whole life, never have I been treated like this with a NEW vehicle !

Steve Ermer and Ken McConnell were great to work with on my long distance car deal. Steve provided thorough information and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He didn’t try to hard sell me but kept working with me until I was ready. He won my business with his honesty and integrity. Ken stepped in to finalize everything once I arrived to purchase. He was down to earth, helpful and quick. I drove 400 miles round trip for this car and it was worth every mile!
