Low balls trade-ins, makes you wait for the Finance manager for hours even when you are the only one buying a car and then offers you the highest percentage... and the longest term. We walked out.

My only complaint is that the rate on my loan was higher than I expected. But that’s hardly the fault of the dealership and entirely the fault of my student... loans. Tyrel was a great salesman, very patient when it came to waiting on my insurance settlement before I could make a down payment. Joe was great when it came to finding the lowest rate and providing a solid warranty for a good price. For the sake of the employees, their pre-owned building could use an upgrade in size. Beyond that, fantastic people to work with.
Prepare to be underwhelmed and likely offended. We went to test drive a pre-owned car we were interested in. The car drive well with a minor brake concern-... low mileage and great price overall. After being sent out on our own because or salesman had another customer (mind you we had set an appointment with him that didn't seem to be important), we arrived back and were again left waiting. We had a trade in we wanted them to value, which based on three other dealerships we had been to we knew how much we could get. They proceeded to take OVER an hour and a half to get us a trade in value, and came in $3500 below what we had told them other dealerships would give us. We were so annoyed that they wasted our time just literally give us an offensive offer on our trade it that we left. Later the salesperson called me, not to come up on the offer, but to suggest I sell my car elsewhere and come buy his car. I'll mention that while we were there, at least one other customer walked out mad and one other was left fighting over his trade in. Don't waste your time if you're looking for a reasonable offer.
