    First, I would like to say they have a very nice showroom and a good selection of used vehicles (not sure about new, wasn't shopping new). I dealt with Alex McWiliams who treated the lady and I a bit poorly. I was looking for a used Tundra and specifically said I was looking for a DoubleCab model, they had two CrewMax models. Curiously, I decided to look at them even though they were more than I wanted to spend. Hey, a guy can look, right? During the test drive, he tried to play on my man card and tell me how nice the trucks are and "this is a real mans truck" etc, which I find quite disrespectful (maybe he didn't say those exact words but his theme was clear). I drive a truck for the convenience, not to impress your buddies. Anyway, after we drove the two trucks, I made it clear that these two models were out of my price range but Alex still thought it was a possible sale and pressured me (it wasn't even the body style I was looking for!). Then as we went around the back of the dealership I saw a DoubleCab, and wanted to look at it. To be fair, it wasn't ready to sell and needed a few repairs (ding in the tailgate and a few scratches on the side) but he wouldn't even show it to me, I had to walk over to the car and ignore him and look for myself. He was not interested in a car he couldn't immediately sell (which, he is a salesman, I guess he was dong his job). I stated I would come back in a few days when it was ready but he was not interested in my needs or wants, just selling the two, more expensive tundras that he had ready to go (they were very nice trucks, just more than I wanted to spend). As we were getting ready to leave, he proceed to tell me that they had a 'big tent sale' or something the next few days and the Limited CrewMax would surely be gone. Well, I check two months later and sure enough, they still have it. I'm glad I waited, I found a beautiful Rock Warrior DoubleCab with less miles and in my price range, which I am now the proud owner of. Overall, a very nice, clean dealership that offers great warranties with their used vehicles. Would recommend. I suppose at any car dealership there can be a few salesman you want to avoid. I understand you have a quota and you try to play to your customers individual likes and dislikes, but please, keep it professional.

    Great people .... But they judge you when they see you .... The attitude from the finance Lady almost made them lose a sale .... Service managers ...

    Great people .... But they judge you when they see you .... The attitude from the finance Lady almost made them lose a sale .... Service managers are great but service mechanics are very sloppy and don't have the knowledge to fix the issue I toke my brand new camry in 4 times for popping noise in ceiling and each time I will stay there for a 5 days to a week and they can't give a loner car the problem will be fixed for a 2-3 weeks then will come back .... They hit my front bumper at one of the times and tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in ... I wouldn't take the car till I talked to the manager and he told me they were supposed to fix it because it did happen there and they are sorry for any inconvenience .... The last time i toke my car there for oil change they forgot to reset the system so in my mind im thinking what els did they forget to do if they did anything at all .... I would not recommend this place for service
