From my first contact over the internet with Lynette, to leaving with a certified pre owned Outback, I was treated with respect and courtesy. My salesman,... Carl Smith, is the greatest and really listened to what I wanted and made the buying process a pleasure. Talk about customer service, I left my custom license plate holder and some prescription lenses in my trade in vehicle and he brought them to me all the way in Foley from their location in Mobile. I LOVE my Subaru Outback and if I have the need for another vehicle in the future , it will be a Subaru and I will turn to Koby and Carl. If you are considering a Subaru, go to Koby and give Carl a call.

Tried to purchase a vehicle for over 2 months just to get the complete runaround....unreal experience.I guess my 800 credit score wasn't good enough to... get financing but yet my own bank approved me for the purchase.this dealership is a joke and should be avoided at all costs.

My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and... I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.
This dealership is a joke. EVERYTHING WENT WRONG. EVERYTHING. Here’s a list of all the things that went wrong and if you want to read the detailed story... follow below. 1. We were there for 5 1/2 hours for them to just do the paper work. 2. I told Gary and Fred I wanted to put $1500 down on top of my trade they didn’t put that in my paper work there fore I never paid the money. 3. They weren’t making the sale to me they were making the sale to my dad who wasn’t even buying the car. 4. My check engine light turned on 2 days after I left the dealership and they kept telling me it was my gas cap. A month 1/2 later they finally fixed the problem and had to change the alternator and 2 belts. 1 of the belts they still haven’t fixed. 5. We agreed to add a warranty but they didn’t send the bank the paper work with the warranty on it they added it after. And didn’t attempt to fix that problem so I told them to just remove it. 6. Told me they could order my title for my trade in car to find out two weeks later that “they can’t order the title” 7. Lastly they sold me the car that they DIDN’T HAVE A TITLE FOR. Didn’t say anything for 2 months knowing I can’t get tags without that xxxx title. 8. I am on my third temp tag with them bc they have no xxxxing idea what they are doing they are so incompetent and it was the worst mistake to buy a car from them. I drove back and forth to that dealership FIVE times in a month and 1/2 and they acted like there was no problem. They are lucky that I don’t sue them bc I could hit them with a fat lawsuit. I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester on March 22. I really wanted a Subaru and the only two places I could go was Koby or the one in New Orleans. So from the get go everything was terrible, I am a young women and my dad came with me, they weren’t ever talking to me they would talk to my dad. If someone else walked up they’d wait for my dad to stop talking to start anything. That was just a slap in the face, but it doesn’t stop there. I traded in my old car which was a Toyota Camry, I didn’t have my title -which was my fault- but the sales guy Fred and the used car dealer Gary both told me they could order a title for me if I paid a fee of $20. I never paid the fee bc they never asked, I told both of them I wanted to put $1500 down also on top of my trade in. They never put it in my paper work and we were there from 11 am till 5 pm(just waiting for them to do the xxxx paper work)so I was tired and didn’t realize that I never paid them until after I left, but they didn’t put it in the paper bc they are a joke. Not to mention I added a warranty that was 2,000 extra and they didn’t have that in the paper work once they sent it to the bank they added it after they sent it and so they never got the money for it, so a few days later after they realized they didn’t get the money I just told them to take it off. Also TWO days after I left with the car my check engine light turned on and I called and told 2 people and they said it was my gas cap. So I figured it was but it kept turning on. Then 4 days before my FIRST(key word) temp tag expired I went to the tax office to see if my paper work was ready lo and behold they didn’t have any paperwork. I called the dealership and they said my paperwork hasn’t been processed bc they don’t have the title for my Camry(the one they said they could order) Gary(one of the people who told me they could order it) said that he can’t get a title for my Camry. They knew about this for two weeks and didn’t say a single thing to me. So on April 22 I brought them my title for my Camry got my SECOND temp tag and Gary told me my paper work should be good in a few days. A FEW DAYS. So I leave feeling like I’m good, then my check engine light turns back on so I xxxxx at them to fix whatever problem it is for free considering this was a problem before I got the car. Jeff tried arguing with me that it wasn’t a preexisting issue even though they had to change the ALTERNATOR and two diffe

Worked with Cameron after putting an inquiry on a used Subaru. Drove all the way from the Panhandle to take a look at it. Came in with a challenging... trade situation (recent damage and negative equity), never felt like the team wasn't working on getting me in a Subaru. After working through a couple used options, Cameron came back with a great deal on a NEW Outback. I went from looking at a 3 year old, 80K mile used car to a brand new 2019 Outback. The deal was exactly what I wanted with the finance team offering great term options to choose from. Had a great conversation with Jim, the Business Manager. From start to finish, I had a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a Subaru.
Thanks so much for the kind words and recommendation! If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!
Place to avoid ,!!! Price discussed on Friday, come back on Saturday to finalize the sale. Offer double signed by the seller and me, check signed and finally,... the manager came and canceled everything !!!! Totally unacceptable. I do recommend to everybody to avoid this place.Patrick
My family and I recently purchased a new 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer at this dealership. The process was extremely easy thanks to the helpful staff. They were... very kind and patient as we worked out the details on the purchase, even staying a little after hours to make sure everything was in order (and for me to debate between two different car colors.) I had originally intended on purchasing a used 2014 model, but they gave us a fantastic deal on the new 2015 model with much lower interest rates on the financing and a lower overall price than I would have paid for the same car at many other locations. The dealership itself was very tidy and clean with an air of professionalism. Their website was also easy to navigate to locate specific information about the cars I was interested in, and when I made an inquiry about one of the cars, one of the staff members promptly responded to me in an email with more info. Overall, I'd say this was one of the best experiences my family and I have had with a car dealership. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone else looking for a quality Subaru or Mitsubishi vehicle.
Overall, I had a great experience. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and have been very pleased with it. The in- house detailing process was a little slow... but I was very happy with the dealership.
