I needed a new vehicle since my 2012 RAM was totaled in a head on collision caused by a drunk driver. I searched extensively on the internet, yet found... what I was looking for nearby at Briggs in Lawrence. Johnnie Fennix helped me the day I showed up. He was enthusiastic and personable while listening to my needs and wants. I test drove the RAM truck that caught my eye on line, and it fit the bill. Briggs let me take the truck home overnight, and I decided to buy it. The drunk driver's insurance took a while to determine liability in the accident, but finally came through. We agreed on price on Friday, but the insurance funds wouldn't be available until the following Monday afternoon. Briggs let me take the truck over the weekend since I needed a vehicle. I had a few issues that needed to be addressed on the new RAM, and Johnnie and Dula Brown both seemed eager to have me satisfied and get the issues resolved. I had a great experience with both of them and suggest you give them a try if you are in the market for a used vehicle!

I called and scheduled an appointment for 7:30am to have my ac charged on my 2015 ram 1500 and to have diagnostics done on my traction control light being... on. I asked the person on the phone if my truck would be done by 2:30 that day and they said yes. I dropped off my truck early at 6:00am. I called at 11:00 to check on the status on my vehicle and they said that they were going to pull it in about 30 minutes. I went to get it at 3:00 to find out that they had not touched it, so I had to take it to get home. The second time I attempted to have it don was about a week later. I called and scheduled an appointment for 9:30am the next day and made sure it would be done by 3:30. Again they said ya no problem. I once again dropped off my truck at 6:00am and filled out the key drop envelope and filled out the pick up time for 3:30. I received a phone call at 2:30 questioning what I was talking about with the traction control light. I assumed the ac was done and they were getting to the diagnosis part. So I went in at 3:45 to pick up my truck and the service advisor says “it is not done, I didn’t call you”. And I said I know I made sure that I made it clear that it had to be done by 3:30 and wrote it on the envelope, that was sitting right there in front of him. He says oh well let me get your key. Service manager standing right there and says nothing. Two wasted trips to Lawrence which is a 30 minute drive one way for nothing. If this work didn’t have to be done by a Ram service shop I would definitely find somewhere else.

Two trips from home and they never touched it. 23 miles each way in a truck that gets 14 mpg is a waist of time to me. And nothing from the service adviser or the service manager that was standing right there the whole time, but the service adviser telling me that the next appointment he had would be on Wednesday the next week. Sure glad it is hot out.
The had sold the car I wanted to purchase, but made a quick trip to another dealership for another car. They worked hard to try to accommodation our requests!... I will definitely be back!!!!
I did not purchase my Jeep here but chose to get it serviced here. 5 months after purchasing it I experienced an issue on the highway and brought it in... to Blake Cromwell and staff as soon as I could. They had it all day while I was at work and it turned out I needed my transmission replaced. Blake worked with the company my warranty is through all day long while I was at work and got them to agree to a new transmission with a new warranty. Blake fought my warranty company for me when I wasn't there and I didn't even buy the jeep from him, I simply service it there. Then when I got off work and got down to Briggs Blake walked me through everything and seamlessly got me a rental car for two days. I can't stress this enough, Blake and his crew are incredible. They truly care about you and it shouldn't go unnoticed. If you need anything done, I highly recommend Briggs Jeep in Lawrence
