Read the reviews, more negative tg an positive. Called 1 day before visit and asked if car on website was still there. "Yes we still have it, good... condition but needs some paint work". Arrived next day and didn't see car, but saw another car of same brand having body filler applied. Asked about the car I didn't see, garage guy pointed to younger kid for sales information. Was told the car I came to see was at his house with a bad engine for months and what do you expect for a low price car? I told him if you say you have it and I say I'm coming to see it, you should mention that it is off site. He replied" we don't have room to keep a car here that doesn't run". I replied that I understand and would leave a review like the others that say to be aware of the bait and switch.
Filthy place, office staff unprofessional, WILL NOT GIVE ME THE TITLE TO MY CAR even though my check has cleared. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Everyone was rude. I asked about several cars and got rude remarks. Lot was full with barely any room to walk. All of them were smoking cigarettes and... if you asked for help they made a big deal about it. Overall just really rude.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy I went to the dealership on Wednesday to look at a car. When I spoke to them on the phone on Monday,... I was informed the car was in running condition, nothing wrong mechanically, with only an inner door panel off. I wasted all day Tuesday waiting for them to get a " locksmith " because they " lost the key " this morning my niece drove me up there I got there and looked at the car. There was dirt inside the gas tank opening, the interior of the car looked like crap, and there was about an inch of dust / dirt on the dashboard. I walked into the office and asked about the car. I was then informed it does not start, it needs at least 2 sensors, and has no spark. needless to say I looked at the man and said ... " this is not what you told me over the phone " he said I just found out this morning from one of the mechanics that there are these " small " issues that once you fix the car can be driven off the lot. I politely informed him if he had been honest with me, I would not have wasted my time. He tried to say " well what do you expect? " I told him rather curtly as he walked away, " if you tell someone over the phone the car runs and can be driven of the lot, you had better be telling the truth ." he walked away laughing as though I was the one with the problem I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
I took my elderly dad to Buzzz Motors today in search of an inexpensive vehicle due to an accident with his vehicle. Each vehicle we looked at was filthy... inside and out. Each of them had obvious problems wrong with them. We test drove a 2006 Freestar and the cruise didn't work so when we got back the saleswoman or whoever she was went and told the owner, Mike about the cruise. He insisted that the cruise worked. While he was with other customers he abruptly yelled Hey that cruise works. He then sarcastically said well you have to know how to turn it on. I told him I knew how to do it I told dad we weren't going to buy from him and he said loudly that " I will drop the price by 700 because you don't know how to push buttons". Basically trying to make me look stupid in front of other potential customers. How unprofessional is that. I would never buy a vehicle from this place and I hope you don't either
Called Buzzz trying to get information about a car. The salesman, Mike was tight-lipped and evasive with his answers. He's a used car salesman, for Christ's... sake, does he not get that his profession is the epidomy of not trusted? That he needs to do everything he can to help a prospective customer trust him?? I finally got frustrated and told him that he was way to tight-lipped for me to trust him in buying a car from him and was in the process of wishing him luck in selling the car when he launched in to a tyrade actually saying that my mother must have done bad stuff to me for me to say things like that. Are you kidding, Mike?? Stear clear of this organization - there are too many good people out there / and honest people in the used car business to risk doing business with this yahoo.
