Lack of communication, my car was there for 2 weeks to
Lack of communication, my car was there for 2 weeks to diagnose after being told it would take 2 days to diagnose. Then was told it would take an additional 3-4 weeks to fix because they were 'backed up'

Very professional experience. Dema really listened to me and was able to match a sale to my needs. Finance details were very thorough and explained directly and clearly. Overall an excellent experience.

My questions were not addressed properly.
My questions were not addressed properly. Person responsible was annoyed to have my questions and was rude. They were not willing to tell me what is the minimum I needed to make the car safe rather than doing everything they suggested. It was very expensive. Waiting area was not the best.
