Poor.

Poor. Jetta was in the shop for 6 full days for transmission service, coolant service and diagnostics. Jetta wasn't touched in 6 days until I threatened to take it to a different shop. When I picked up the car on the 7th day, only the transmission service and coolant service were completed. Diagnostic was incomplete

I was told my oil change would take about an hr to and hr

I was told my oil change would take about an hr to and hr and a half hour. because you guys were somewhat behind. I was never told my car was ready, so i checked after 3 hours and was told my service person went to. Lunch and my car had been done for god only knows how long.

Jordan Ohaire was hard to work with.

Jordan Ohaire was hard to work with. Had to continue calling to purchase my vehicle. When car and paperwork showed up the prices we agreed on was false. Make sure to work with people who knows what they are doing. My credit was ran several times. Not sure why but I will be giving my bank a call. Worst experience. 1/5 stars.
