    I came in one Saturday to take a look at the new GTIs. Tairon Payne greeted me and we scheduled a test drive on Monday. I came back and got to test drive the one I ended up purchasing. I had a great time talking with Tairon and learning about the car. He is very knowledgable and listens to what you need. He made sure I understood the process and made it absolutely painless. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Everyone there was top notch and very friendly. I know that if a problem arises, I can count on Hiley to help me out. Tairon even came in on his off day to make sure I was taken care of and I also got a great deal.

    I brought my daughters mazda 6 in for repair on August 12,2017. Guess what? It's still being repaired as of August 26,2017. They repaired the rear brakes and rotors after we heard grinding noises. The air and radio worked alternately. So we paid $125.00 for a diagnostic test. Which revealed the battery had a bad cell. We paid $140.00 for a new battery.Total cost for repairs almost $1000.00. Drove the car for 2 days and the car wouldn't start. Took it back to the dealership and was told it needed a camshaft sensor. We had to wait a few more days for that part to come in because someone ordered a pcm not a camshaft sensor. We had that replaced. Cost about $100.00. Drove the car 1/2 mile from the dealership and the engine light came on. Also the car began to jerk. Turned around and took the car right back. We were then told the car needs a transmission control module. Cost $840.00. We have waited a little over 2 weeks to have the car repaired. When we asked twice on two separate repairs for a loaner car we were told they were all out. When it's all said and done we will have paid almost $2000.00. Still waiting. Car is supposed to be repaired on Monday August 28,2017. Praying for the best. We are broke and very disappointed.

    Hiley owns the Mazda, VW and Audi dealerships. I met Keith while looking for a 2015 TDI Passat. He took my number OEM and month later called me saying he had a few for me to check out. No pressure, no rush. He was great to work with. While making our purchase we decided to finance through VW. We liked our financince person, Greg. He didn't provide a good faith in lending statement but did show us our interest rate and payment plan. We have excellent credit, got a rate below 3%. The only reason I would not give hiley 5 stars is the communication and service department. The Mazda service department will never see a vehicle from me again. We decided to sell our beloved Mazda 6 because it repeated problems with the service department quality, timeliness and communication. We had our Passat for 30 days now. Just had it in for a front end shake at the VW service department. Received it back the next day with a alignment sheep that still shows the car out of spec. ....we will try it again.... and see how this goes. Overall, a good dealership that need to invest in the service department

    I live in Chattanooga and at the time I was looking to purchase a new car when did not have a functioning Mazda dealer. I had settled on the Mazda CX-5 as a replacement vehicle for my 2010 Jetta TDI Sportwagen that I sold back to VW because of emissions scandal. Anyway, I contacted (by phone) all the Mazda dealers with a 150 mile radius of Chattanooga and told them precisely what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Keith was the only dealer that worked with me without making me jump through hoops or make me hold while he talked with business manager. We made a deal right there and then, I put down a deposit over the phone and several days later he delivered to car to me in Kimball, TN which was half-way for both of us. I just could not believe how easy Keith made the process. When I bought the 2010 VW new the transaction took nearly six hours arduous hours. In the future I will always deal with Keith Robinett!

    That was one of the best car buying experiences ever. Our sales person Nathan Brown came out and met us on the lot and listened to what we where looking for. A lot of times not so easy since I only drive manual transmission. He showed us a couple options, test drive two and went home with a golf sportwagen. The whole process was so easy going from looking to financing. Great job
