I made an appointment-online- to have the oil changed in my Elantra. Doing this online was very nice convenience for me as I never seemed to have time
to call. I arrived at the appointed time and was met by my service advisor Brandon. He asked if I had any concerns about the vehicle and offered me something to drink and showed me to the waiting room and said it would be 30 to 45 minutes. He was back in about 25 minutes saying everything was done and ready to go. They topped off the fluids and checked the tire pressure and washed the car. And they did it within the time frame they said they would. With service like that, I will be back! C.B. Milford
I went to purchase a pre-auction car for my son. When we arrived on December 1, 2015, JP greeted us and showed us the car that we were interested in.
With the car being a pre-auction car, the price was unbelievable so we really didn't know what to expect. JP immediately handed over the keys and my son and me, went for a short ride. We knew that we wanted to act on this deal immediately, but it was closing time. With the car being such a good deal, I was afraid that they would sell it before I could return. JP and his manager secured the car. I was scheduled to return on today. I called JP and it was a while before I received a response. Meanwhile, I contacted the dealerships' direct line and the receptionist stated that JP went home ill. I was convinced that the car was sold. As I was waiting for the receptionist to secure the manager, JP contacted me and let me know that Mr. C would be handling the deal. In addition, the manager contacted me to let me know that everything was a go. My son and I went to the dealership and took delivery on the car as planned. With a pre-auction car, you really don't know what you are getting but to my surprise when I returned home, the previous owner left the service records in the glove compartment. This made me feel even better. The customer service which I received was great! I would recommend this dealership to friends, family members and anyone who needs a dependable car. I feel that they are honest and trustworthy.

I must say that Sales Team at Liberty Hyundai did not even try to sell me a car but they did a fantastic job in making me buy a car. Brought vehicle in for a/b warning light. Service department was VERY accomodating because I made the appointment for the vehicle to be serviced at an
other dealership by mistake. Brandon made room for me and was very expedient in getting to my vehicle even though my appointment wasn't with him. Issue I brought the vehicle in for was properly diagnosed however part needed was not in stock anywhere in country (US) which I found astonishing. By the way, this is not a dealer specific issue, it is a HMG issue. This is especially odd since the vehicle is built in the US. It should not take two weeks to get a part in when it comes to safety. I am a HMG employee and will followup with people in our organization on this matter specific. **Again, this is not a dealer specfic issue. Brandon did offer me a loaner vehicle for the interim but I declined as I have another vehicle I can drive and someone might really need that loaner in the next couple of weeks. The vehicle was also serviced for two recalls and that was done right away. Very pleased for those issue resolutions. Overall, very satisfied with your dealership. Great Job!
