    I went to purchase a corvette from here deal didn’t go thru I put 5000 dollars down on the car they are trying to keep 3000 of my 5000 saying they will... not give me all my money back Im having to get a lawyer now to get my money back this is a fight for no reason all they have to do is return my money I’ve returned the car over 3 weeks ago a bad place of business I requested a call back from the general store manager to talk with him they had the same guy justin milantoni the guy that’s trying to screw me call me back tell me that isn’t bad business when I requested to speak with upper management

As well you can be found gu...ilty of committing fraud if you lie about your income on a credit application. Giving false information to obtain credit or a loan can get you into both financial and legal trouble. We are going to further review your file and determine what our legal responsibility is to turn over documentation to the overseeing legal authority.

    We drove almost 100 miles to Jim Trenary Chevrolet to meet our salesmen "Rob" - When we arrived, Rob was in the middle of tending to another deal so we... were invited to sit and wait. After more than 2 hours of literally sitting at a small table I started to get a little frustrated, every 15 or 20 minutes Rob would casually stroll by, and let us know he'd be right with us - he mentioned to another salesmen who was just standing around that he was working 2 deals at the same time, the capable salesmen asked: "Do you want me to help?" Rob never actually responded to this gentlemen, showing the true greed of salesmen - they'd rather let customers sit around in complete boredom then dare give up a potential sale, even if it provided a terrible experience for the customer. Within any successful company, Team work is extremely crucial. This first display of action shows a pretty big flaw in the sales team, like rabid dogs and any new customers that stroll in are simply cuts of meat to pounce on and guard from anyone else. After another hour went by, it was around 6:30pm... around the time we expected to be on the road in our new car. Still, sitting at a small table waiting to just talk to.... Someone, anyone??? I left work early for this experience, took my significant other who was home ill with me to experience THIS? It was hot in the dealership, I actually demanded the keys back for my trade in so that we could go sit in some A/C and cool off. Honest to God I made the biggest mistake by not throwing it in drive, and leaving for good. However, we drove almost 100 miles and waited this long, surely we were ready to look at some paperwork and get the show on the road, we decided to go back in and miserably wait it out... Unfortunately for us, another hour passed before Rob had time to sit with us, the sun was setting by now. We should have been home by now. With the drive we had nearly 7 hours invested in this atrocious experience, and again unfortunately for us it was only the beginning of the nightmare. We filled out our paper work and very clearly stated that I was the primary borrower, and my significant other was the co-applicant. This is how we filled out the paperwork. Finally our financial manager whom we hadn't met yet came to sit with us, her name was Ashley and she had stated that the loan company who financed my trade-in was closed... I had to bite my tongue from not explaining to her; Ummm Duh, you guys used a terrible sales tactic of holding us here until near closing before you decided to actually do something. But against my better judgement I didn't want to be rude to someone... to anyone, even if they have wronged me. Ashley sorted this and finally brought us back to fill out paperwork. We sat down... Tired, hot, hungry, with a 2 hour drive home ahead of us and she flopped out the paperwork. Talking incredibly fast with small pauses to simply say "sign here, initial here" - As I tried to slow the process down and ask questions she clearly became annoyed. The first thing I noticed was that our names had been switched, I was listed as the co-applicant. When I asked questions about this she literally muttered "No. None of that makes a difference. None of it matters" As she quickly talked past details and handed us a packet saying this is your warranty/maintenance package I asked questions as I noticed a HUGE cost on the loan paper work for this. This was a 3rd party scam "extended warranty/maintenance package" When I inquired about it she simply stated it was REQUIRED to approve the loan. After scamming us Ashley sent us on our way, giving us the worst car buying experience I've ever seen. Ironically today is the 15th day my car has been inoperable after 4 repairs since fathers day as it wouldn't start. The 5th repair is scheduled for Monday (7/1) Thanks for that extended warranty Ashley! It has done absolutely nothing! :) Over these 15 days I called them 6 times, with 0 care or assistance. Disgusting..

    Ken was great! I was on time restraints and he made sure the care was done in time. He also checked to make sure they had time to do the car wash! Very... pleasant experience!

    I bought a used car from O’Fallon dealership. I was not given a temp tag when I left even though I ask for one and didn’t understand why I would not be... getting one after spending 25 grand with them. I was told it would all come in mail ASAP. A little over 5 weeks I got my paper work. No temp tags but I didn’t care I just wanted to get plates on a car I been driving illegally for over a month. When I got to dmv they told me I needed a ODID inspection and a emissions inspection. Why would the dealership do that for my. I took off work a little early to get plates and waited there for almost a hour for nothing. I been to tiny little hole in the wall dealerships that where way better then this place. I’m 41 so I’ve bought a lot of cars but never had problems like this. I just can’t believe that after 5 weeks I would not get what i need to get plates. Not to mention I will be paying a late fee. What a joke. I found my car on carguru but next time I will review dealership as I do the car. Now I see there’s a lot of bad reviews for this place. Please save yourself from all this headache. Shame on them for not giving me a few dollars worth of paperwork when I spent plenty of money. This is the first thing I’ve ever reviewed in my life but I’m that mad Take care people

    Buying a car here was nothing but a hassle. We purchased a lightly used 2015 corolla. However, within 48 hours of purchase, we realized that the bluetooth... did not function. This was one of the main features we wanted on a car and the car was advertised as having it. We brought the car back and were told it would be taken car of. Unfortunately we were on a time schedule as we needed to get the car out to my son in collage out of state. We advised them of this. The car sat for 2 days and all they did was confirm that it was indeed broken. It was then sent to a Toyota dealership. Fortunately at this point I started talking directly to Toyota as the car was only a few miles out of warranty and we have owned several Toyota cars. After several days of back and fourth (running out of time on the plane ticket I had purchased to fly back from delivering the car to collage) the used car manager, who had promised he was "taking care of it personally" now insisted that we pay for part of the replacement radio!! Again Toyota to the rescue, and they covered it under warranty. Got the car back, headed out west to deliver to collage. It took This dealer almost 4 weeks to send us the registration paperwork. Go to register the car immediately because now the temporary plate is about to expire, and low an behold, they could not be bothered to give us an up to date inspection on the car we just bought and the inspection was expired and the car was half way to California!!!! Oh and I lost the return flight ticket I had purchased. The only positive was the people in the service department. They were great. But sales...stay away from. Update! In frantically trying to get the inspection taken care of, we find out there is an open recall on the car that was not addressed before they sold it to us!!! OMFG! Stay away
