Service department is horrible

The process of buying our car was fabulous we loved our sales person but dealing with service has been a nightmare my car has been there for four days and they haven’t even looked at it. Upon calling to inquire I’m told that I’m ninth in line and That making an appointment doesn’t necessarily really make an appointment with service it makes an appointment with a representative. None of this makes sense I’ve been without a car for four days and they can’t tell me when my car will be looked at. It’s great when you want to buy a car there but if you have any issues or need to bring it in …watch out

I bought a brand new 2022 Cadillac XT6.

I bought a brand new 2022 Cadillac XT6. After almost 2 months my car finally came in. I was so excited! I retired from teaching Special Education for 35 years. This car was my retirement gift to myself. I loved it as soon as I saw it. After 2 weeks I got a text saying there was a problem with my engine and transmission and it needed to be serviced immediately. I called my salesman and he told me to call the service department so I did. I then got a text saying something was wrong with the driver side door. I was afraid to drive it so it sat in my garage until my appointment. I had planned to take it on vacation but now I couldn't. So I had to rent a car which cost $500.00. This is just the beginning of how much money this dealership stole from me. I had to sit at the dealership all day and they told me it needed a part so they had to keep the car. I asked about a loaner car and was told they didn't have one. My salesman finally got me a loaner car that someone had just turned in. After 6 days they told me I could come get my new car. I turned the loaner car in and picked up my car. The next day I got a call from the service department telling me there was major damage done to the loaner car and they were turning a claim into my insurance. I couldn't believe it! I had no idea what they were talking about. There was nothing wrong when I turned it in. I couldn't understand what was going on. I called my insurance company to tell them not to accept the claim because there was no damage. My insurance told me they already turned a claim in and charged $1000.00 (my deductible) to my credit card. This dealership did not even call me and tell me they stole $1000.00 from me. So along with paying for an expensive new car had to spend another $1500.00. They took the money out my credit card before the insurance adjuster that same day even before the insurance adjuster had looked at the car. When the adjuster did look at the car he said he couldn't see any damage. The service people pointed to a small scratch. My insurance company found out that the person that had the loaner before I did had it for 3 months. I have rented many cars and have never had any issues. I have bought several new cars and have never been treated like this. This whole situation has been so upsetting. I have diabetes and stress is the worst thing. My levels skyrocketed because of the stress. I can't believe a dealership treats their customer that just bought a brand new car this way. I have never been through anything like this in my life. They took my dream car and turned it into a nightmare. I am going to sell my beautiful car because there are too many bad memories.

Miles Brown was amazing.

Miles Brown was amazing. He worked hard to get me the best deal. My paperwork and title arrived in 2 days. Straight shooter and I would highly recommend taking your business to him.

Wanted $1879.

Wanted $1879. To replace high pressure fuel pump, $850 for parts and $1000 for labor. After having for a week, since I didn’t have appointment, they said 3 more days to get part. I picked it up and $185 fee for diagnostic test. I took it to an independent garage, and they repaired it the next day for $850. Bommarito Cadilac are thieves, charging double parts cost, and 6 hours labor rate on a 2 hour flat rate job.

As a non-independant Cadillac Certified Service Center, we are required to adhear to the recommendations and time lisitings provided by the manufacturer for your Cadillac. Even though your 2016 Cadillac is out of warranty coverage, we use Cadillac approved parts as available and follow all the required steps provided by the manufacturer. While costs would potentially be less if we could procure non-Cadillac approved parts and not follow all manufacturer recommeded service steps, we are bound to the dealer agreement based on Certified Cadillac Service requirements and what they dictate as best for the vehciles they produce. It’s a 2018, and explain why your rate is 6 hours on a 2 hour book job. Refund the diagnostic fee of $185 for reading the code I gave you you when I came in. You’re thieves, I will let the community know.

I am now on day two of the hostage crisis.

I am now on day two of the hostage crisis. Once again no response from Bommarito. I never received the Fed Ex package containing the paper work for my registration, I call Bommarito for assistance, receptionist was rude, and down right antagonistic toward me, the customer. I asked to speak to the manager and was given no assistance (big surprise). They connected me with some admin types that were equally rude and dismissive. BLUF, I am supposed to wait 6-8 weeks before I can get the paper work needed for registering the vehicle. Guess once they get your money, you don't count for anything. The sales man was fanstastic, 5 starts to Kiwi. The rest, not so much

SERVICE: I bought my Cadillac here and Serviced it here

SERVICE: I bought my Cadillac here and Serviced it here for many years…until Art retired. The new service crew have no clue what customer service should be. When I call, most of inquiries are met with dismissive non-listening responses. I am at a family owned shop expecting to replace all tire sensors and was just told that they test fine, just need to be cleaned. Wish Bommarito would’ve at least checked instead of trying to sell me 4 new 🤨

Miles was GREAT!

Miles was GREAT! He was very friendly and extremely informative. We had our two children with us, he interacted with them and made sure they had plenty of snacks. We were treated very well and introduced to people we may interact with later down the road.

Rude, dismissive, very poor customer service. We...

Rude, dismissive, very poor customer service. We purchased our vehicle on a cloudy day, went out of town then when we arrived home on a sunny day we noticed a cloudy substance on the windows that would not come off. We went to the dealership to get the issues resolved, we paid a lot of money for a vehicle that we expect to look nice. We were told that it was a used car and were pretty much shoved off. We even talked to the guy who detailed the car for Bommarito and we were told that they knew about the window issue and chose not to say anything to us. So after hours of back and forth we finally got them to agree to detail it themselves. We dropped the car back off and Bommarito Cadillac detailed the car to remove the substance. They were able to get the substance off of the rear window but not the rear driver and rear passenger window. After inspecting the car we noticed that now the rear driver and rear passenger windows had scratches on them due to them trying to remove the substance. There was no apologies, no eagerness to fix the issue, nothing. They said they weren't going to pay to replace the windows and that "I could buy the car back and sell it to someone else as is for more than what you bought it, clearly look at the lot there's not much out there". We said we just want the windows fixed since now they have visible scratches due to their work. We were told that someone would call us, no one ever did. When we told them this we were told "that's not my job" things were constantly pushed off to someone else. We showed up to the dealership 5 times in two weeks! Then were treated extremely rude, talked to in a very dismissive annoyed manner, they constantly rolled their eyes at us, very snippy. We were told that now someone else would be handling our problem and once again waited days for a phone call. Anytime we called we would get forwarded to voicemail, told they were in a meeting or told someone wasn't in. Seems as if there is never a manager there? We have had to deal with two managers and still nothing is being resolved. This has been ongoing for weeks now with still not help. We just want the issue resolved, our windows replaced. The customer service we have been giving since this ordeal began has been horrible. They treated us great when buying a car from them but, now we are being treated like a nuisance. I am highly disappointed in how dragged out this is becoming and how we have to track people down to a problem fixed that was done by them!
