    Everything was perfect until the final stretch. Took them almost 84 days to pay off my trade in... Unforuntantely I had no idea that It wasnt paid off... until I got a 30 day late notice in the mail from my original creditor, luckily I even checked the mail; even at that The letter was over 2 weeks old. Still took them another 40 something days to pay it off despite my calling every other day and kept getting promised that they sent the payoff. Pretty sure it's because it took them longer to turn over my trade in. scam. I traded in my car in October 2019, it was finally paid off in January of 2020. So now my credit has a delinquency because of their negligence. I know they dont care because one of the managers response to this issue was "...That's why I encourage customers to keep paying that note until its paid off".... I've purchased many cars in my life, never have I had an issue with payoffs, and almost 90 days... there's no excuse. They say they want to make it right, provide a letter I can send off to try to get the delinquency removed. It's been almost a month and a half since they made that promise... it seems they dont even know how to make things right, now I'm getting ignored. To sum it all up, front end lures you in, back end sticks it to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

    Very bad customer service ! Never return calls and that sales manager Robinson acts like if he is doing you a favor! Very unprofessional service ! The... only one that I met that have good service is an older guy, but not sure if he’s the manager, otherwise very bad service at all ! I’ll take my business some where else!

    ver the past year I have been involved in the purchase process of 3 vehicles from different dealerships. I can say without a doubt, this has been the... smoothest process. Laura Cardona of Texas Certified Motors made my buying experience extremely easy. She was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Examples of things she was willing to do: • Inspect the car and send me additional pictures • Answer questions after working hours • Meet the delivering company at 3 am to ensure I received the vehicle She is the perfect example of old school customer service.     We bought a used vehicle from this dealership. It wouldn't start the 4th day of having it. Towed at my expense to dealership in good faith after being... told they would fix it. They changed battery and cleaned 8 ground wires, my vehicle is the same. They were very unprofessional after purchasing the vehicle. No customer service what so ever, very rude. We were given the run around for 2 months with no resolution. Worse customer service experience in my life and we were polite and patient with them hoping they would keep their word. The manager was the worse employee never spoke to us or even seemed concerned except at the end of a 2 month process to say they weren't going to fix it. He showed us no customer service. Please save yourself the headache and do not purchase from them. The so called co owner was also very unprofessional. The sales person likes to tell people what they want to hear but never resolved any of our issues just as the rest of the staff, during the whole ordeal we almost never got call backs after telling us they would. We almost always had to go up to the dealership just to get an update.

    Bought a used 2008 Mercedes-Benz E 350 a year ago at this dealership and was very pleased with the buying process. Now as it was time to renew the registration,... I found out some secrets, that the dealer did not disclose at the time of purchase. Ever since I own this car, I had some smaller issues which I accept due to the age of the car (new battery, oil leak ). But that the dealership most likely made an effort, to hide the illuminated 'Check Engine'-Light, is something that I can't accept and that I want other customers to be aware of. I had a mechanic take out the instrument panel cluster in order to find the problem that might exist. Found out, that the panel had been manipulated in that way, that black tape was placed between the 'Check Engine'-Light LED and the console. So it was not possible for me or for any other customer to see the illuminated 'Check Engine'-Light. To me this is fraud, plain and simple. The necessary repairs to 'silence' the 'Check Engine'-Light are being evaluated right now at the local MB-Dealership and most likely will be quite costly. If this review will be landing at the wrong dealership, please forward it to BERLINETTA MOTORSPORTS of DALLAS!! I would be happy to receive a response from this dealership, but I think I have to wait a long time.

    Terrible customer service and when you have an issue you need discuss with them the Dodge all forms of communication with you! Tryed talking to the manager... and they won’t let me talk to him I’ve left messages for all the proper people I’m so to talk to and they refused to return my call.

    We bought an Cadillac SRX from Lubbock store. Mr. Ed was our salesman, very helpful. He also gave us a good description of vehicle. Bad & the good. We... have driven it from Lubbock to Odessa where we live . We have driven it to East Prairie, Mo & back. It has perform wonderfully. No problems at all. We have had it into their service center in Odessa,Tx. Service Manager & tech are some of the best. I recommend them highly as both dealer & repair shop. Buy your car here & service it here!

    I Checked out a Bunch of Different Dealerships and wasnt getting anywhere at all. one of my friends suggested i try Texas motors out, Since he had a good... experience there. i went over there and at first, I was skeptical of the place but having sat with them and pick out the car i wanted and driving it around town. I was Sincerely Impressed. They took the time out to Explain every Detail about the vehicle and they really do care that you walk out with a reliable and affordable vehicle. Mireya Garza and the New guy there( Sorry i forgot his name lol) really helped get me at the price I needed to be. In All Honesty, The Whole Buying Experience was Swift and Efficient. If there was One Criticism to give, i would say the tires tread was 4/32". I guess it was Overlooked during the Final Inspection, Then again I Didn't pay much Attention till the Low Air Sign came on the Next Day. and had the Tires Inspected. Ill be Back there Monday and I'm Sure they'll take care of it. Ill be Back to do a Second Review on Monday. Till then 5 Star Rating Undoubtedly.
