I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 in April only to find out a few weeks later that I was sold a car with bad breaks. I brought the car in for servicing to see why the break light was on only to be told (FRONT BRAKE PADS VERY LOW, 2MM. BRAKE PADS WILL NEED REPLACED SOON ALONG WITH ROTORS DUE TO BUILD UP RUST ON THE BACKSIDE OF ROTOR) and that I would have to pay $602.56. At first I thought no big deal, but the more I think about it I realize I was sold a car that’s quite possibly a danger to drive. That’s unacceptable and I would never purchase a car from this dealership again

Tried to look at a vehicle and they wasted my time
Talked to them 4 times in 2 hours and STILL when I showed up to my appointment to test drive said it was just bought. I literally talked to them within a hour before going and they let me drive all the way out there for no reason. Never once let me know it was in the process of being sold. I kept my kids at the sitter longer just to make it there after working all day.
Hello, we regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. We hope you will give us another chance. Please call us at (216) 676-0700 so we can work towards a solution. Thank you and have a great day.
How not to do business ...
I went in recently to purchase a low mileage 2020 used car. The team that worked with Internet sales I thought actually did a nice job, and got me into the dealership to look at the vehicle. As I was going out to look at the vehicle I was told the vehicle had been smoked in, which for me is a huge red flag. After some back-and-forth I was told that the service department had a process to “de- smoke” The vehicle and “I wouldn’t even know the difference“. Two days later I went to pick the vehicle up and it still smelled like smoke and I suggested that they needed to remove and change the interior air filter. I was told it was going to be too expensive for them to do it. My response back was that this is a $10 dollar part from AutoZone and it might help the situation. And they again said it was too expensive to do it. At that moment I wish I had just walked out and said you can keep your car then. I felt at the time, that the price was fair and I had agreed to a deal, so because l gave my word I would purchase the vehicle, I still went through with it. Now I realize I bought a $21,000 ashtray. Avoid this dealership. I can’t believe a high-end Infiniti dealership would be LOW RENT and not willing to replace an interior air filter just to try to help solve a problem. I’ve had better service from much less reputable car lots over the last 40 years. Truly disappointing experience from a business that props itself up to be a high-end car dealership. I won’t be back nor will I give them the time of day. Congratulations Airport Infiniti of Cleveland - Truly pathetic

Easiest car purchase I have ever made.
The sales staff made this one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. No pressure, fair price, simple process. I would highly recommend this dealer
Friendly and professional sales personnel
This dealership helped me get the car I wanted for a great price. Plus I got the wrap around warranty. I finally got an Infiniti. I’m so excited.
Thank you Jeremy for your time, and keeping touch with me regarding my vehicle with updates. Service is great. I am longterm customer owned 3 vehicles. No complaints here. I always get what I want. Lol
Update on my experience
Less than a week after I bought a car from them, the check engine light came on. The thermostat was bad. Alec from their Finance office heard about my problem and after speaking with Greg the GM made everything right. That's how customer service should be.
ask for Vlad
Ask for Vlad , he is new ! He will get you great deal !
I am extremely satisfied with the buying experience at Infiniti Airport. Thanks so much to Daniel Walker for being a kind and courteous salesman. We never felt pressured and ended up getting a great deal. The General Manager and Financial person were also kind and helpful. I must say this was the best car buying experience that we ever had at 63. They even put a bow on my car when we picked it up because my birthday was the day before 🎀. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new or used car. Don’t forget to ask for Daniel Walker- you won’t be sorry 😁!
Daniel was such a pleasure to work with! From start to finish this dealership was nothing less than a class act. Very professional, personable and provided a very smooth easy experience when leasing my new car. Definitely won’t visit any other dealership for a new car and/or service to my new car. This dealership is a MUST visit when looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!
