Teresa Ballance was my first contact with them and the saleswoman for the 2018 Ford Fiesta S model that I purchased on July 25, 2023. Teresa was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale and obtaining insurance for me. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I would definitely, and have already recommended Premier Auto Imports and Teresa Ballance to my friends and family for future car purchases.

customer service was great. my request was addressed. had to send it back for some minor repairs so we will see once i get it back

First, I like to say John picked me up from home in Oxon Hill, Md from the Waldorf, Md location, it took him 1 hour to get to me and an hour back to Waldorf. He had all the patience and very communicative, never left me second guessing. Teresa who kindly processed all paperwork did her job diligently with patience as well. I recommend anyone to Premier Auto in Waldorf Md you will leave feeling blessed and satisfied. And remind you I had an repossession 😊🙏🏽

These are the shady type of people they warn you about in movies and on TV. They blatantly lie to you and about you to cover their own butts. I don't believe they pressed me for a good Google review while I was still sitting there.

I was in need of a car - fast! David told me to come right in. He and Alex worked with my messed up financial history with no judgement, only compassion and concern for my wellbeing. I was able to drive away with exactly what I needed at the price point I asked for. I am very pleased.

We had been looking for a couple months for the Cadillac that we found here... Alex was our salesman and he was very good. We qualified for a lower interest rate than what they initially offered and were going to finance elsewhere. Within a short amount of time, Jamal negotiated a lower interest rate and term period for our loan. We intended to pick up the vehicle the next day, so a deposit was made. The next day we picked up the vehicle as requested, deposit returned, as requested. Vehicle was ready to go with all requested "extras" that were negotiated and we are very satisfied with the service here all around.

Drove 2 hours to buy a car and was a wasted trip. The salesman was not very bright and neither was the finance manager. Was going to trade in my car for one of theirs but did not happen. I knew how much my car was worth, the trade in value was $16,500 & they had nerve to say it was only worth $12,000. They just wanted to rip me off. They are nothing but liars and con artists. The car I was looking at has been there for a long time so that tells me that they just don't want to sell cars or buy cars at fair market prices. Warning: Stay away & go elsewhere to buy or sell a car.
