My experience with Rochester Toyota was a joy!

My experience with Rochester Toyota was a joy! I would highly recommend Billy Joe to anyone looking to purchase any used or new vehicle. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles in order to decide on a particular vehicle. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in and the no haggle price for my new vehicle was fair and reasonable. Everyone that I had contact with was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable of their product. A very pleasant place to do business with assurance that they would be there to assist me with any issues that may or may not have going forward. Thank you

Josh was great to work with.

Josh was great to work with. Had car ready for me when I got there. Things went smoothly until obligatory extended warranty time came. Check out went fast.

We recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma.

We recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. After we drove the truck for a few days we found a couple of issues with the brakes and a case of overspray on the body. Toyota referred us to Rochester Collision and Anthony worked with the dealership to make sure everything was taken care above and beyond our expectations. Toyota didn't think twice about approving the work. Thank you Anthony and everyone at Rochester Toyota for all you did. Very Happy!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. My husband and I recently went to Toyota to test drive a van we found on their website. Immediately after we turned it on a bunch of codes started popping up. The person helping us said they were "because of the rain". We took it to a mechanic to see if it was worth us thinking about buying it. When we got to the mechanic, he went to start the van to put it on the hoist and it would not start. He hooked it up to several different jumper cables and hooked a battery charger to it. It absolutely would not start. After 30 minutes of trying I called Toyota. They ended up calling me back saying they were sending a tow truck. It had to be towed out of the shop and back to Toyota. We were not updated on when the tow truck would come, or how we were expected to get back to our car. I called Toyota and asked to speak to a manager to get some information and I was told there was NO manager there. I didn't not receive any kind of apology and was told the salesman at Toyota was busy helping other customers. We ended up asking the tow truck driver to bring us back. When we arrived back at Toyota, it turns out there WAS a manager there, but we were told he was too busy helping other customers to speak with us. I have called several times since then and I am always sent to a manager's voicemail and have never gotten a call back. An absolutely horrible experience. Will not be shopping there ever again and would NOT recommend. Very very disappointed.

Absolute worst experience of my life.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Drove 6.5 hours to test drive a car that I really wanted. We were running a little late. We were told that as long as we were in transit they would hold the car no problem. Can't control traffic, bathroom breaks, grabbing food sorry not sorry. Got there about 4:30 pm they closed at 6:00 pm. Called and texted them multiple times to update them on the time we would be there. Got there and our sales rep was slumped against a column and we asked for him by name and got side eyed. He stood there for a minute and said get over here I have had my xxx chewed all day for holding this car 3 other people wanted to buy it and you are late and we are about to close. Shuffled us over to his desk and wanted us to fill out paperwork immediately. My husband asked to see the car. He was insistent that we do paperwork. So we insisted that we see the car. He kept saying it was right out front this was not the car we asked to see then he started yelling over on the corner. He busted the doors open and was being physically in our face, slamming things and yelling. At this point I was crying and a finance guy asked what was going on. I told him that I could not deal with him. He said he would take care of us from here on out. He came over and wanted us to do paperwork. My husband told him can we drive the car this is why we came here and he said you haven't driven the car yet? Then he sent us on a test drive with the same aggressive sales man. Things were slightly better but not comfortable. I was going to purchase this car hands down but they will not transfer it even for a fee. Also tried calling them early in the morning on Monday and it took all day for them to return a phone call. I have never been treated like this at any dealership I have gone to. I will never go back there and did not purchase the car. This sales person needs to learn to have some decency when dealing with customers. Managers need to learn to return phone calls in a timely manner. They also need to do more than say sorry when you have been treated so horribly. At this point if I owned this business I would reach out to the customer and do anything I could to fix the problem and the relationship.

Bill Durdahl was amazing.

Bill Durdahl was amazing. He is so knowledgeable about all the options and features of the cars he is selling. He quoted us a price and the actual monthly payment was about $40 less! This was a great experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sooo Happy!

Beyond excellent, professional & very knowledgeabl

While getting normal maintenance done the service dept did a scan if the entire motor area & found a head gasket leak. They described the problem, fix & gave an estimate to fix. Extremely knowledgeablel & very professional staff. We drive several hours to get to them as they are the only dealership & service dept we trust with our vehicles.
