    I received the worse customer service experience from this place. i wasn't even in the market of buying a vehicle. Yet I receive a letter and was told several times was approved. Got to the point of picking out a car and told I was all set then backed out at the end. Even after all said and done I received bad customer service after I complained to the managers. So I gave them a negative rating on google of course. And instead of calling to remedy the situation, I got a call from the customer relations manager saying "since you want to 'bash' us on social media, I told the bank don't do a loan with you". Very surprising considering I never asked him to do so and for him to be a manager. Customer relations manager at that.

    I went into this dealership based off the true mart/employee program.. big mistake, big big mistake. Spoke with the sales rep Mike Albright whom I thought was here to help me purchase a car of my choice. Upon letting the rep know what I was looking for, working with and down payment price he failed to acknowledge anything I had said. He went on about how his credit was probably bad and debated about a price of a car that was purchased from another dealership that had nothing to do with him or the transaction. Sales rep did not work hard enough to help. seems like he was out for a huge commission. I also learned he pulled the same approach with my fellow co-worker the next day after my visit. should have warned him, although that deal fell thru as well.. He needs to be retrained

    Sales representative Was great !I was told all good bank had accepted us for a loan .to get the car OK today bank called me needing information to see if they can give me the loan . They was not right cause if I pass the loan then what's gonna happen. Look for another bank the more they look for a bank my credit report going down.. That's what I don't understand why they do that..

    This review is a little late but I feel two people in the Chevy Family deserves recogntion. I took my car in for a warning light that continued to come on. The down side it took three visits for the problem to be fixed. Mike the service rep and Nate the service manager were so very welcoming and professional in seeing that the problem was ultimately resolved. They turned an unbearable situation into a pleasant one. Not only were they determined to get the problem fixed but they were determined to build a relationship with me that would ensure I would be a returning customer.
