    I worked with Arthur, the owner of Marquis Motorcars. I called Arthur shortly before he closed the dealership for the day and he was more than happy to... take the time to talk with me. During that time he answered all my questions and also gave me his professional advice for the most efficient way of processing the deal. As an out of state buyer, nearly 2 hours away, efficiency was crucial for a smooth transaction. His 55 years of experience in the automotive industry is evident as the paperwork process was extremely quick. The communication as well was incredible, always quick to answer the phone. I ended up purchasing his personal car that he loved. He was able to share with me his experiences with the car, how to use it, and the best way to maintain it. He is extremely helpful and willing to assist the client with anything they are unsure about. When you see the cars on his lot its obvious he takes care of the inventory and makes sure they are all looking their best. 10/10 recommend

    Arthur and Lou were a pleasure to deal with. After having visited numerous used car dealers in my Land Rover search, they were the first ones that made... me feel comfortable and didn't leave me with feelings of unease and uncertainty. They were extremely well versed having sold this brand of car for decades and know the line well. I decided after a visit and test drive and several phone chats, that if I was not to buy the very Land Rover that i test drove ( I did ultimately ) that I would work exclusively through them in my LR3 and LR4 search. Well everything worked out fine and they aligned me with a finance option that best suited my needs. The rest is history as they say. I highly recommend this team. I feel like they actually had my best interests at heart. That, I think is quite rare in the underworld of sketchy used car dealers and there are so many out there. They are a rare breed.

    I needed a new car, decided I wanted a Subaru, and, magically, Marquis Motors had the best custom Subaru around. Arthur and Louie (the owners) made the... process easy and enjoyable. They're great guys!

    I bought a Land Rover from these guys in 2015. As I needed its first repair 4 years later, I could not find the warranty information. These guys hopped... into action and got me exactly what I needed in a very helpful manner to take care of the issue days before the warranty ran out. I would buy from them again anytime! Great service!

    First and foremost, I have never written a review on any company ! However, after dealing with Marquis Motors of Bridgewater, I feel I would be remiss... if I didn't. As a former Massachusetts State Trooper, I have to admit, I have difficulty believing and trusting anyone. In the case of Marquis Motors, as I went in to purchase a 2010 BMW 335I my feelings were no different. I felt that the deal and the car I saw on line must be too good o be true. Well much to my surprise "It was good and it was true" I delayed writing this review because I was stubborn and felt there must be something wrong because the car ran and looked better than new and better than the pictures on line. I had BMW and other mechanics look at this car and the only reaction was if I ever want to sell they would be interested. Arthur is the best in the business. This guy is very successful and could be sitting on a beach in the Caribbean but his compasssion at seeing people get the car of their dreams motivates him to go to work every day. I truly believe that seeing the smile on people's faces means more to him than money. I would have paid way more for this car and I didn't think once at asking him to lower the price. I can't say enough about Arthur other than I hope he stays in the business for a Long time because honesty is hard to find in this business. If your shopping near or far, you will not be disappointed. Don't be surprised if you find yourself thinking it's too good to be true. I'm proof that it is good and it true.     Just bought my 3rd car from Louie and Arthur and couldn't be happier. Following an accident we need a car quickly. I figured I'd have to rent until I... found the right deal. No need, they had just what we needed in stock and we closed in days. The car is so clean, my kids thought I bought new. I gave them 5 stars on Quality of Repairs based on previous purchases. This car won't need a thing for years, but as they advised I also got a great deal on an extended warranty if something happens, I'm covered. From when I first called Arthur until he handed me the keys a few days later, it was a great experience. What else could you want.

    My new (used) car has cost me $3000 in repairs since I bought it from Marquis. I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman from Arthur at Marquis Motorcars... in September - I was a little worried about some of the reliability ratings of the Countryman but was assured whole heartedly by Arthur that everything would work perfectly - in fact, he offered an extended powertrain warranty to ensure this. What a load of crap that was. 1 Month and 3 days after purchase, the car would not start. I called Arthur to ask what I should do and he was on vacation so he directed me to his partner, Lou. I have never been spoken to in as patronizing and rude a way as Lou spoke to me about my car trouble. They refused to help, and beyond that, told me it was my fault that my new vehicle was having issues. "What am I supposed to do about it??" were his actual words, yelling and defensive. I ended up getting the car starting again ($400), now 4 months into owning the car, the gear shifter popped out of place while I was on the freeway (dangerous!!). Took it in for diagnosis and got a $2,764.49 quote for repairs including replacing the gear shift, a leaky oil pan, a leaking axle seal, and a leaking radiator hose. Normal wear and tear, you might say, but these small parts should definitely have been replaced before resale if they were prepared to go out within a month or two. Arthur's response? Sorry, not covered! So now, a car that was listed on the high end of blue book value has cost me an additional $3,000 in repairs in the first four months of owning it, and I have a car that I cannot drive. I will NEVER be purchasing a car from Marquis again, nor will I be going to them for service. They got me good...
