On June 2022 I purchased my first ioniq5.
On June 2022 I purchased my first ioniq5. I loved it so much the two weeks later I purchased second ioniq 5 SEll model I was so happy with the purchase of my vehicle. Two weeks later my vehicle is not charging properly. I took it to the dealership to service the vehicle to find out what was going on. They told me that I put a roof rack on my vehicle and that the roof rack on my vehicle Corsicana to properly charge which I don’t understand why, the roof rack has nothing to do with electricity or anything is plugged in. It’s a free stand roof rack to be known three months later North Hyundai of America purchased my vehicle because it became a lemon. The service department treated me so awful that it made my stomach turn I purchase two vehicles one for 55,000 the second one for 50,000 at the end of the day I was treated like nobody to be known the first Ioniq that was purchased in June and I was giving me problems is not charging properly is losing its power faster now my Dash screen is showing uneven road slippery road and and the screen is going black. I called them to bring the car in for services. They said the next available date for this vehicle is in June 6 this car right about now it’s dangerous every time I keep my car with them I do not get a loaner they hold my car for three weeks and they don’t give me anything to replace the cost of my rentals on top of it. I spoke to the finance manager in regards to the first Ioniq SEL model where they’re holding my money for my tire protection for $1475 the second one mechanical breakdown for 4000 and last man at least my $400 for gap insurance so this time Rey, the finance manager told me that it takes three months here. It is since December and yet I have not received one penny in my compensation for my vehicle for my clothes in my cart am I insurance services here in Hyundai Centereach it’s a lie they do not service you to take care of you and in my heart I believe because I’m a male, Hispanic and my wife is Spanic they turnaround, and they treat us like less of the people that we are but yet I don’t miss one payment my recommendation sandwich Hyundai she got a business North America. Honda should close them out and take them out. They claim to be part of Hyundai capital bank, but they’re not there a franchise. I need help and getting my money back which they’re holding and they refuse to give it to me back and at least fix my vehicle or trade my car to the same model that doesn’t have the same problem that I’m having right now.
