We had the privilege of having Larry Lentz as our salesman for a second time, he has been nothing but transparent, knowledgeable, and kind! This is my first BMW purchase (coming from Audi) and he made it so enjoyable. He is very attentive and listens to my needs. I would also like to shoutout the other Larry (he’s the BMW tech genius), who made the BMW tour incredible and engaging and fun! We now have two BMWs in the family, and who knows, with customer service like this… we might add a third! Very pleased with the accommodating service that we received at Autohaus. Highly Recommend and Five Stars to the ones I mentioned!
