Great people to work with! Vehicle purchase was easy, never felt pressured. Was notified of a recall, which was easy to schedule and took about an hour. Was even sent a short video from the service tech going over some basic items including tire wear and brake pad wear. Would highly recommend this dealership over others in this area.

Took my '07 328i in for a couple of major repairs and the service I received from Linda Schaefer was top notch. They were booked up for weeks, however, when I told her that my car was leaking gas, she gave my issue top priority and put me at the front of the line which reduced my wait to a couple of days (and, luckily, my off day). The dealership itself is MASSIVE, modern, extremely clean, and comfortable complete with a free snack station and free Starbucks coffee. But the bottom line is price and, for the repairs my car needed, their price was more affordable than I'd expected from a neighborhood mom and pop mechanic let alone a reputable luxury car dealership. Processing my vehicle took 10 to 15 minutes tops after which Linda put me in a super-clean 2022 X2 loaner to keep free of charge while they repaired my vehicle and they did so exactly as promised for the price promised. Like I said, great service from Linda and staff, all of whom made me feel like a valued customer. Would definitely do business with this dealer again.
