I came in 2 days in a row, after going to like 10 dealerships and Matt Viero was so patient and genuine. He was honest and upfront. He wasn't pushy or just trying to sell me anything. I really appreciate his customer service and must say he's the reason why I'm now driving a BMW. Heather Vivrett in finance was also great to work with. She answered all of my questions (I had several) without making me feel rushed and even went back and redid some paperwork for me after I changed my mind about something. Chris Buie, the tech guy, also did an amazing job explaining all of the features to the car. There was so much to remember that I wish I would have recorded it, but I'm confident that he's a phone call away if I need his assistance. I never considered BMW prior to this past week, because one of the other locations I've always gone into was not friendly, dark and unwelcoming. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a car every and I will be singing your praises to all of my friends. Thank you
