    I recommend the service department they were very friendly that were helpful and got the car ready in a timely manner. The sales department was lacking many of the car salesmans when walking around doing nothing. They were picking certain people they believed had money to do business.

    Took my Truck in for a front brake job. Had an 8am appointment! Waited all day long. They never called to update me. Went to pick it up at 6 pm and they had not touched my truck. Service manager could not tell me why.

    Absolutely awful experience. I took my Suburban in to have some small maintenance done (back hatch repaired and break pads replaced). The woman I originally spoke to on the phone was rude, but I just let it go. I made an appointment to drop it off first thing in the morning (8:30am) and was told it would be done by the end of the day. By noon, I hadn't heard anything so I called to check and no one had even looked at my car yet. A few hours later I finally got a call with a quote (which I confirmed TWICE because I thought it seemed generously low) and gave them the go based on that quote. A few hours later, I was told that my car would not be done until the next day. THEN, when it was finally done the next afternoon, I go in expecting my total to be about $400 (maybe a little less) and they tell me I owe $750. My jaw dropped, obviously, and I told them that was wrong. Turns out, I was incorrectly quoted. I waited for 45 minutes trying to negotiate ANY type of discount since I had been wrongly quoted (and would NOT have given the go if I had known the price). They came off $120 and then a few minutes later said "never mind, we can't take anything off, the work was done so you'll have to pay the full price" and I ended up paying the FULL $750. Almost TWICE what I was quoted. Then I asked to speak to the general manager (who was in a meeting) so called and left multiple messages and never heard back. I will NEVER go to Legacy for service again.

    My vehicle has been in for service at least 4 times, maybe 5. Every time it has been in for service I have mentioned the vehicle randomly hesitates,almost like a stall, when pulling out into traffic. It was notated once, maybe twice, and the answer was "we could not repeat or find any codes or errors". I understand some things can not be recreated. But it is quite a nervous experience when the vehicle will not get out of the way of the oncoming traffic. What bugs me most is that Legacy does not acknowledge my problem. They documented the first time, and maybe the second time, But the last few times it has not been documented. They listen to me as I talk about it but it is not documented for the technician to review. Why is Legacy intentionally omitting this information? And the vehicle seems to have electronic gremlins that can not be addressed.

    Recently purchased a Cadillac and realized after going home that it did not have the owners manual have been calling them for the last several wks with phone tags and run around and being told several times it is ordered and will be here in a wk for the last 5 to 6wks with no response yet with no further response by the anyone including the manager who was contacted several times.

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IVE DEPLOYED TWICE. THE CUSTMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS NONEXISTENT. INTOOK MY CAR TO THEM ABOUT A YEAR AGO ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS AND MY CAR WAS STILL NOT FIXED. THEY KEPT MY CAR ALL DAY ONLY TO TELL ME THE NOISE I WAS HEARING WHERE CD's IN MY DOOR. AFTER REMOVING ALL OF THEM THE NOISE WAS STILL PRESENT. NOW A YEAR LATER I TAKE MY 2013 CADILLAC CTS COUPE TO SERVICE MY AC. I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY AT 0800. AFTER HAVING MY CAR ALL DAY AND HEARING NOTHING I CONTACT THEM AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVENT EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR YET. I GO UP THERE THE NEXT MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD MY CAR WILL NOT BEEN SEEN UNTIL THAT FRIDAY!!!!!! WELL WHY DID YOU GIVE ME APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY?
