Buying Process or Bullying Process
I had a great experience with the sales person however, when it was time to deal with his supervisor it was not pleasant. He became rude when my husband asked him about the price of the vehicle and more or less told us we could take it or leave it. Because the sales person was very professional I was able to overlook his boss and close the deal.

Worth my drive

Best Buying Experience
This has been the best experience for me buying a new car-all the other times that I bought I felt like killing the car salesman-not this time-Tom Krizanic and pat Reece are very nice and they know how to treat a customer and they know a lot about the cars and how they work. They are the best.

Excellent Experience
The upgrade at the dealership is amazing. I did not notice when the time flew by. The waiting area is great! Customer service was great as usual. Ernest helped me the very first time I came in and is the reason I returned. Jane helped me this time and did an excellent job.

Earnest and Christian are top notch employees. Christian helped with my car service in July and I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to my concerns. Whenever I see Earnest at the helm of your service department - I know I will have a quick and easy service and that I all my concerns will be addressed. Worst customer service experience after sale
I bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis for my wife after driving several german cars. My wife was very sceptic when we bought the car but she has been really surprised by the quality of the car so far. Unfortunately, we can't say the same about the Rick Case Hyundai Plantation team in Fort Lauderdale. They advertise that everything is about the costumer experience but after we signed the deal nobody cared about our customer experience anymore. We had to take the car back so that they would take care of several problems the car had (alignment, broken ac fan, chipped windshield, a few fuses where blown, etc.). I've purchase Pre owned certified cars before from BMW and Audi. There you know those things are taken car of before you buy the car. Since we are not from the area, we called them up the day after we purchased the car and scheduled an appointment for 4 weeks later to come down to Ft. Lauderdale to fix the list of items. They told us that it wouldn't be a problem, that they would give us a loaner take care of everything that since since we were coming down for only one day and had apoointments early on the morning.The week before we drove down to Ft. Lauderdale my wife called 3 different people several times (Sales manager, Finance guy, and the person that sold our car) to reconfirm our appointment and to make sure we just drop the car of and have the rental ready early and that we wouldnt have to wait. Everybody told us that everything will be ready. So the Friday we showed up at 8 am and none of the people we talked to was there and had not arranged an appointment or a loaner for us. Furthermore the people told us that they didn't have a loaner in the lot. We waited almost 2 hours until I got really upset and they finally gave us a car. They did not care that my wife is pregnant and that we had somewhere to be. They just wanted us to stay another hour to wait for the Sales manager to get in and get us a rental. In addition, we had asked several times in advance to have the documents from our contract we sent back on the mail ready for us to take. The documents were never ready and the finance guy Ted said that maybe he didn't have them anymore. How do you not provide the customer the copies of all documents when they purchase a car from your dealer? We had to ask several times for this and to be called back. They never did. We even asked to speak with the General Manager twice but he was either busy or gone and never called back to apologize for the lack of consideration and respect from his people. This has been the worse customer service experience we've ever had with a dealer. They obviously only care about making a sale and stop the good treatment as soon as the customer signs the contract. At least that's how we've felt.
