NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! They are a bunch of liars that will rip you off!!! ANTHONY lied to my face and over text about what they did on their end of the deal until I signed the papers for the vehicle. Costing me a $1000 repair that they were supposed to take car of. They also took small interior parts of the car off before we took it home and we did not notice until I re-inspected the vehicle. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR!!

Dishonest, poor customer service
In June 2021. I traded in a Jeep Patriot with low mileage for a larger Toyota Highlander. Before purchasing I noticed that a part on the grill was broken. I asked Anthony my salesman if the vehicle was in an accident, he replied no. Within days of my purchase I had dash alerts going off, pre collision system warning. They “fixed” the problem stating it was a sensor. A couple months later it happened again and I took it back only for them to tell me I had to take it to Toyota. Recently my husband and I visited another dealership to trade in his truck. Out of curiosity I asked the trade in value of my Toyota. The salesperson came back with bad news from a car fax report, not only had my vehicle been in an accident with front and rear damage, it had been deemed to have moderate structural damage. This was NEVER disclosed to me and in fact would have been a deal breaker. I tried multiple times to contact the dealership and management and was told someone would get back to me. To this day I have heard nothing! This is the first and last time I will ever deal with such a dishonest dealership. They clearly care nothing about the safety of their consumers. Shame on you!!

Not HAPPY
I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5 a year and 3 months ago I paid$12,500.00 for it . Someone sprayed the entire underneath including the drive shaft with undercoat. This customer was very aggressive towards management, but after several phone calls we came to a mutually acceptable resolution.

Mike was professional and knowledgeable with me the facility was clean and had a nice courtesy table for the customers I would recommend motor Mall to a friend or relative

I’ve worked in several dealer shops and they are not all created equally! Andy Gustafson was absolutely phenomenal! I had an idea of a car I was looking to buy and I had a price in mind and they made it happen. I couldn’t be happier with the service. These guys flat out suck.
Everyone at motor mall is a liar, they can not prove they did any service to my explorer. On top of That, if you simply ask for an explanation of anything they tell you to go elsewhere. xxxxty way to run a business and they are all nothing but a bunch of spineless jokes. Stop steeling money from good people and get a real job.

We are sorry this customer's vehicle had service issues, but it was bought "as is." While we normally try to work with all of our customers when service issues arise by offering service at a discount, requesting the customer just cover the cost of parts, or some other reasonable alternative, we have no legal obligation to do so. Moreover, when people are rude, threatening, or use profane language we are much less likely to offer assistance. The vehicle at issue here was road-tested and was serviced before it was put on our lot. There were no known issues (or the customer would not have purchased it without bringing them to our attention). In fact, every one of our vehicles is road-tested and inspected by our mechanics before being put up for sale. Any known issues are always addressed. However, used vehicles can develop problems at any time. We sell thousands of vehicles every year and very rarely have major issues after we sell them. Unfortunately, this vehicle had mechanical issues five months after it was purchased. It should be noted, the customer did not give us an opportunity to address the issues--he brought it to a Ford dealership to have it repaired without notifying us or asking us to look at it. That was certainly his prerogative, but he demanded we pay for the service bill from a Ford dealership that is notorious for overcharging their customers or recommending unnecessary repairs. When we refused to pay for the bill after the fact, this customer became angry and threatening on multiple calls to different members of our management team. Because of the customer's demeanor, we thought it was best as an organization to have no further contact with this individual.

Andy and everyone who worked there were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I came in unsure and they helped guide me in the right direction. An overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
