Great service from the moment we stepped onto the lot to the end of the process! Fritz Dunn was amazing! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were... purchasing, not pushy, and even helped detail the vehicle bc we were in a time crunch. The finance dept was honest, efficient, and didn't try to oversell us on packages or products we didn't really need! Great warranty on pre-owned certified vehicles. The price we paid was right in line with the Kelly Blue Book value.

Our inquiry into pricing for a new Passat TDI was handled quickly and professionally by Howard. His reply email included stock number of actual vehicles... on site that matched our specifications. When we arrived at Elk Grove V/W on Saturday to test drive the Passat, Howard was off that day so we were met by Todd who introduced us to Juan. Juan found us exactly the vehicle we wanted in his inventory and brought the car over for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of this V/W model and enhanced our buying experience. Let's be honest, car lots are not a happy memory for us baby boomers and so I was ready to "walk' at the first sign of an up-sell or manipulation of figures but pleasantly, to my great surprise, that absolutely did not happen! I can honestly say I have never had such a great buying experience. Team Howard, Todd, Juan are the "Dream Team." These guys are possibly V/W's greatest asset. We drove all the way from El Dorado county because of Howard's initial great service, (Folsom V/W didn't offer the same deal) and we are so glad we did because the follow-thru was just as good! I will refer all my friends to Elk Grove V/W because your customer service is beyond excellent.

Please go to the Bay Area to buy your new car if you can. The drive will be worth it. If I were to go through the car buying process again, I would buy... in the Bay Area to save thousands of dollars.

Fritz was so great at helping me figure out what I wanted in a vehicle. I drove away in a much nicer car than I expected to and within the payment range... I requested. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. It was a wonderful experience and I'm so happy I bought from him and the Elk Grove VW dealership!

The best experience I have had buying a car... Fritz is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He helped me and I would definitely... reccomend his assistance. Eddie was great as well he helped with all the paperwork and was very polite and caring. I would definately reccomend buying a car from this dealership...They treat you like family. I worked with Fritz Dunn. He was knowledgeable about Tiguans and willing to get a deal done. The dealership experience was good. I have had other VWs... serviced at Lasher's downtown VW and can also vouch for their service department, which is top-notch. Parts department is also good.
