I really like Kias.
I really like Kias. I have one, and so does my girlfriend, but the service at the shop was terrible from the person who helped us. I've been there three times, and they've always returned the car dirty even though I've told them so. The last time, after they returned it dirty, I asked them why they hadn't washed it, and they did. So I waited another 30 minutes.

It was very easy to schedule and confirm my appointment. Mike, Dori and Shannon were especially helpful. My Service Advisor Jose Montanez provided outstanding customer service. He was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. I truly appreciate the extended hours for the Service Department. The dealership was clean and well-appointed. Highly recommend!

Horrible place
Horrible support and CS. Can't even charge your car cause employees park their cars at charging stations for 9 hours cause they are too lazy to walk 50 feet. Pathetic old man at counter is useless and yells at you if you have a recall notice and don't know what to do.

After a tortuous experience at Marsh Kia, I walked out and went straight to Findlay Kia, best decision I ever made. Findlay was fair, knowledgeable, great price and No high pressure or lying. I would recommend Findlay Kia, go see Mitchell, he is the best salesman!
