Gossett Kia is a nightmare!
Gossett Kia is a nightmare!! My 2020 Soul is under powertrain warranty but they refuse to replace their faulty engine!! Even with providing them with service records that have no gaps they are denying my repair. I literally paid it off 3 months ago??? My last car I maintained the same way at the same service shop and had her for 15 years!! Please do your due diligence … it may seem beautiful, but this company will run you around and leave you poor, carless and an emotional wreck!! Don’t do it!! They also lied about turning in all my paperwork to the Techline.

In order to have an engine replaced under warranty, our team is required to provide many records to Kia national. It is Kia's decision, not Gossett Kia that determine an engine replacement. Please provide all records to Gossett and they will do their best to expediate the process-although it does take time in which we have no power to expediate. We apologize and hopefully can get this process resolved.

This is a follow-up rating from my previous post in August 2024. I returned to the dealership for the 1st time since the dealership stated there was a "miscommunication" and offered to honor the lifetime package I purchased. After arriving at the dealership, I was again denied coverage, now stating they don't have any paperwork showing the lifetime package. I spoke with the service manager Troy who offered to complete the alignment for 50% off the regular $200 price of an alignment. Again, I don't recommend this dealership due to their poor service, dishonesty and lack of professionalism. After purchasing several vehicles and having them serviced at this dealership for many years, this will be my last visit.

I spoke to Troy, our Service Manager and he explained the situation that occurred this am. While we apologize for any inconvenience the situation may have caused, we cannot approve a 'Lifetime Alignment Plan' without a receipt or some sort of paperwork. I spoke to our management staff, and they are not aware of a 'Lifetime Alignment Plan' that will have available, but I will check into that further. I understand that Troy offered a reduced price for your alignment without paperwork, and you declined. We do appreciate your business and if you happen to find your paperwork, please give us a call so that we can proceed.

The finance manager has no moral standards and does whatever it takes for a sale! The store manager does not do what is best for the business and the customer! They do not back their vehicles! Please make sure you are offered and take the warranty! I purchased a vehicle that I had a month and it needed major work! Nobody offered to help and they passed me along with a number of someone supposedly Mr Gossett who never returned calls! It has been 2 months and I still don’t have tags! Initially I sent customers to this business but I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! I will do reviews to any site I find going forward about this company due to my treatment!!!!

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!
DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a "lifetime" alignment package from Gossett Kia several years ago. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and front end alignment on 8/15/2024. After waiting for 2 hours for the work to be completed, the assistant service manager said they would not honor the lifetime alignment, but would need to pay another $185 for it to be completed. Don't believe or trust anyone at this dealership as they are deceptive and dishonest. We won't be returning after purchasing several vehicles and having years of service completed.

I read some of the reviews and was appalled at them. We have NEVER had anything but an absolute perfect experience at Gossett KIA. I have owned two of KIA products and have always used the Gossett Service Department for maintenance and/or any other problems.

My review is the same as others they give you the run
My review is the same as others they give you the run around, they put me on hold for 30 mins knowing nobody was going to answer my call, it suppose to have been done in 6 weeks my car has been there since September 18,2023 today it's December 8, 2023 and am still counting. I have been there asking to see if I can get a loaner or rental car, they say their checking to see if it's in the insurance, I have the platinum plus when you the buy the car new insurance, that's what they say, so what does that means if it not worth the paper that it's written on. My birthday is coming and I wanted to purchase another car but I will never go to this company ever again, no Kia, no Gossett, no company that they are associated with them, I will never again. I have dealt with a couple of dealerships and their services department even the ones that's not known or popular had more respect for me as a customer, and as a person they communicated and let me know what was going on, what to aspect, and when they were going to finish, and if anything changes they will get in touch, but this company service department and the person working with you smile and look you and your eyes and lie. That's no good, no respect. Come on now we as customers need to be treated better than that, we have jobs, and other things that we have to attend to and having others take us around or using their cars is not it. We need our own or give us a loaner. Since you told me on December 2, 2023 that I might have my car on December 8, which is today, and when I call you, to check on that might, you don't answer my calls, and I get out on hold like always 30 mins or more until I hang up the phone, and you suppose to have checked if the insurance was going to pay for a rental and you never did or you just didn't want to foot the bill. How about I go and get me a renter car today and keep it until I get my car, and send you the bill. I think that's fare and I will get my lawyer to read the fine lines for me, to see what's and was my options and what was your responsibility to me as a customer cause as of today December 8, 2023 am not calling the service department anymore, am not calling front desk anymore, and am definitely not calling the service representative that's supposed to be over my car cause the lie started with him from the beginning. Don't get me wrong people the sales people that's selling are great purchasing the car was great, the dealership is great, but if anything goes wrong with it the service department sucks! That what makes you don't want to deal with them cause personally, where I purshase my car, I want them to service it, so since the service department sucks I rather not deal. And I know that they are busy, but don't just tell me something just to be telling me, be honest with the customers communication is important. And if I can give 0 stars I would but lowest is 1

NEVER AGAIN
As far as the car buying experience it was great but…. You better pray you never need to deal with their service department. My car was still under warranty when I started having issues. They are awful. No return phone calls, they leave you on hold for over an hour and no one ever picks up. You leave a message for the service manager because he is too busy to talk to you when you call and you will receive no return call. Your car will sit on there lot for months without knowing anything.
