I was in the market for a Kia Telluride SX. Alexa took us for a test drive, explained all the differences in each trim, went over features in the vehicle... and how they all worked, and was overall incredibly helpful. She gave us everything we needed and followed up after our visit. Our overall experience was great and even though they didn’t have the exact color combination I was looking for I ultimately purchased from another Kia dealership, I’d be happy to work with Gossett Kia on Covington Pike again.
NOTE CAR ONLY HAS 55,000 STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY FIRST OF ALL HAVING TWO KEYS ONE FOR LOCK DOOR AND ONE FOR IGNITION. DID NOT BUY CARE THAT WAY BUT... WAS TOLD I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. AFTER DOOR LOCK CAME OUT WITH ORIGINAL KEY HOLDING IT IN MY HAND 2ND THING FRONT RIGHT TIRE WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD BUY A 35,000 CAR AND HAVE A FENDER ISSUE I DID POINT IT OUT TO MY SALESMAN THE DAY I PICK IT UP WHICH WAS AT CLOSING ON A SUNDAY SAID BRING IT BACK AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT HIS WORDS BUT THAT WAS TOLD I WAS SUPPOSE TO SIGN A PAPER SAYING THAT DAY SO I WAS LET DOWN ON THAT ONE TAIL LIGHTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRED RIGHT THE 2ND TIME IN NOT THE 3RD COMMON SENSE WOULD HAVE MADE THAT DIAGNOSIS THAT TAIL LIGHT NOT WORKING AND NEEDED A NEW HARNESS NOT JUST CHANGE A BULB. AND APT FOR A CAR REALLY WHO IN THE WORLD MAKES A APPOINTMENT BUT NEVER CHECKS OUT A CAR FIVE DAYS LATER 3RD TIME 1ST TIME WAS 3 1/2 DAYS A LITTLE JUST VERY POOR GETTING TOO WISH I NEVER BOUGHT THE CAR. JUST ASKING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT THAT'S ALL
I began my search on-line, found the car I wanted,and contacted the on-line representative, who helped me get an appointment for a test drive. The whole... process was simple and painless. My only negative was the length of time to process the paperwork.
DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE UPON ARRIVAL, SPOKEN TO VERY SHORT AND RUDELY, THEY DID NOT HONOR MY CURRENT WARRANTY NOR SEEM TO APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT IT WAS... OUR SECOND KIA AND PURCHASE OF A ALMOST $30,000 VEHICLE. DID NOT OFFER MUCH DIRECTION NOR HELP TOWARD A SOLUTION. THERE WAS ALOT OF FINGER POINTING AND PASSING THE BUCK WHEN THERE WAS FINALLY A FEW WORDS SPOKEN AND ONLY A 1-800 TO CALL WHICH THERE WAS A RIDICULOUS HOLD TIME AND HAD TO SPEAK TO MORE THAN 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE NONE OF WHICH SEEM TO HAVE ANY SOLUTION OR CLUE OF WHAT TO DO. THE ATTEMPT FOR HELP WAS MADE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK WITH NO HELP. THE REMOVAL OF AUTO PARTS WITHOUT PERMISSION NOR PRIOR DESCRIPTION WAS VERY UPSETTING AND TRAUMATIC NOT TO MENTION COSTLY TO EVEN CONSIDER THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PARTS THAT WERE REMOVED. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WORD OF MOUTH IS POWERFUL AND NOW THERE IS NOTHING POSITIVE THAT ME OR MY FAMILY CAN SAY ABOUT HOW UNFAIRLY AND DISAPPOINTING OUR EXPERIENCE WAS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, IT GIVES KIA A VERY BAD REPUTATION. THERE SHOULD BE A REVIEW OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS LOCATION AND MORE TRAINING ON WHAT TO DO IF A CUSTOMER HAS CONCERNS.
I'm tired of going in for repairs just fix it already .... I get no phone calls on updates I am the one calling...its been four days and i still dont... get a call no loaner or rental....
I worked with Quincy Odom for almost 1 year before I was ready to purchase my car. He would call me and check on me from time to time. I didn't feel "pushed"... into buying like at most car dealerships. When it came time for the purchase it was very easy and quick. He is a very good salesman always keeping upbeat.
Mr Harrell Moore is a great sales person he keeps me inform and check to see how my vehicle is doing wouldn’t trade him . Brandon walls is a great ... service adivisor he takes care of his business I have seen him handle other customers as well even when i have an attitude he handle it professionally I think he need a raise cause his job requires a lot and I know it comes with stress and he handle it well
A few months ago I bought a new 2018 KIA Forte and I had such a great experience with the staff. Quincy, my sales person was extremely helpful and got... me into the perfect vehicle for my budget. He wasn't pushy and let me go through the sales process at my pace. Graig, another sales person also helped out. He was friendly and also not pushy. The finance dept worked really hard to get me an interest rate that I was comfortable with. Mike Hall helped with signing my paperwork and made sure I understood what I was signing. I would definitely recommend Gossett Kia if you're in the market for a Kia in the Memphis area. They are good people!
Kia Gossett Covington pike is literally the best place I could have purchased a car from. From to beginning where I met The salesman Lance and the finance... manager Donny, to the service department Where Brandon took excellent care of all my needs. Everyone went over and beyond to ensure I was Completely satisfied with the service and my purchase. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!!!
