    I went in about 430pm on a Monday and had my vehicle by 6pm. The one I wanted was at another location so I thought I would have to pick it up myself later,... but Odies went to get it for me! He, Nick, and Barbara were amazing, and made what normally is stressful experience, fun instead!

    This was my first experience leasing a new car and it could have been great but unfortunately it turned into a nightmare. I had already test-driven the... car I wanted and even stopped in a few days before to get some numbers run. I didn't have a lot of time and wanted to make sure the day I was doing the deal would run smoothly. I had a great first impression the first time I stopped in and was excited to get my new car. Long story short, the day I went in to make the deal, I was there for 6 hours and it was completely exhausting. The team seemed to be helpful at first and then when it came time to make the deal, everything felt very unprofessional and took much much more time than it needed to. I did not feel that my time was valued whatsoever and by the end of the day I didn't even want to get the car. I do love the car that I got, but the experience was horrendous. I will definitely seek out another dealership in the future, including all my service appointments.

    Salesmen deal with you on their terms, they lie and manipulate deals that they solely benefit from. They have a very laxed and unprofessional environment.... I resent the day I chose to deal with these crooks
