I bought a 2019 F-150 at Jim Taylor Ford back in 2020.

I bought a 2019 F-150 at Jim Taylor Ford back in 2020. At first there were issues with the satellite radio not working right and it took forever to get them to address that issue. I left it there one time for seven weeks before they even touched it. Then there was trouble with the sleep mode function on that truck causing a battery drain. I never could get them to address that. The battery goes dead all the time and I am afraid to drive it anywhere. It just sits in my driveway most of the time. All in all it was a bad deal for me all the way around and I will never do business with Jim Taylor Ford again.

I came in to the dealership to buy a battery for the key

I came in to the dealership to buy a battery for the key fob for my Lincoln, and because everyone was so polite and professional I asked about the new Lincoln Nautilus. I got Darren Collie as a salesman and he was extremely polite. He took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it! He helped make the buying process so easy! A brand new 2023 Lincoln Nautilus! He was so helpful helping me connect my phone and set everything up for me! The next morning we discovered a clip was broken. The next day Danny and the service department did such a good job getting me fixed up! I came in for a key fob battery and because this dealership is amazing and cares for their customers I gave them my business!

Who can fix a satellite radio?

I purchased my 2019 Ford F-150 in 2020 at Jim Taylor Ford and right off the bat I started experiencing problems with the satellite radio reception on it. It kept cutting out all the time even on the open road with no overhead obstructions. I took it to the Jim Taylor Ford service department 4 or 5 times and it still is not fixed. My 2015 Ford F-150 has satellite radio in it and I've never experienced any problems with it.

Service Department & Body Shop SUCK

My wife wrecked her 2020 Explorer on December 30, 2020. I had the Explorer towed to Jim Taylor Ford for them to do the repairs. For some reason Jim Taylor was unable to get parts for the better part of 5 1/2 to 6 months. During this time absolutely NO work was performed. I do understand that it is ideal to have all the parts before starting work and I also understand that the parts the Explorer needed had to be supplied by Ford and no third party/aftermarket parts where available. Jim Taylor has been in receipt of all the parts needed to fix the Explorer for well over 2 - 2 1/2 months. They have not put any priority on fixing the Explorer. The body shop "finished" there work and sent it to service for them to do their work. It sat in service for over 3 weeks. It took me calling and complaining multiple times to get the service issues fixed so that the body shop could "button up" a few things and the Explorer would be ready. The body shop has had the Explore back from service going on 2 - 3 weeks now "buttoning up" the items. Every time I call the excuse is "We just have a few more items. Give us till next week." You would think that if a company cared about the people they serviced they would want to help and get the vehicle back to them sooner than later. I want the work done right and correctly so there will not be any issues later but Jim Taylor Ford has a flippant attitude about getting my wife's Explorer fix. I will never take a vehicle back to them for service or will I ever buy a vehicle from them.
