UNETHICAL AND SARCASTIC SALES PERSONNEL
Called and spoke to Sales Associate Trey Loper about a vehicle. I expressed clearly my intention to purchase the vehicle. His response was that it would be here and available. My wife and I drove the 45 miles to the dealership and both texted and called him with no reply. After waiting for a few minutes we see him pull up, in the vehicle we came to purchase, with other customers he was in the process of selling it to. Trey refused to acknowledge my presence and address the fact that he told me to come and the car was available. A total waste of my time, gas, and money. It was extremely awkward and tense. His unethical practice of promising the same car to multiple people gambling on who will show led to me getting screwed over and embarrassed and ignored by the TWO salespeople present. Though not totally ignored, the female salesperson was gracious enough to sling a sarcastic and poorly timed joke at my expense in front of the other family of customers. Her unprofessional and sarcastic joke was "well do you want a Camaro? But it will cost you alot more... hahaha". Really nice! Really professional! AT LEAST 2 of the sales personnel are shady shifty lying unprofessional and unethical xxxx bags.
Mr. Ake, it is not uncommon for multiple people to be looking at the same vehicle. We offer many ways to secure a vehicle someone is interested in through our website. In reviewing your situation, it appears you did not take advantage of these options.

Went there for the pay off voucher that they had advised on Facebook. The whole thing was a lie they would not honor anything on the advertisement. Would not buy a vehicle from people who trick people into there store . Also offered me 3 grand less on my trade than any others dealership .

They just lost a loyal customer
My family has purchased at least 7 vehicles for business and personal use from this dealership over the past 5 years. We buy the “Ultimate” warranty on any used vehicle we purchase. I have gone a month now without the full use of my vehicle due to the lack of service from the “service” department. I waited 3 weeks for a loaner vehicle (which is purchased through my warranty coverage) and when I finally get to the dealership to drop off my car, the loaner has less than a quarter tank of gas and nobody available to fill it up. I live over 40 miles away. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back, but it gets worse. My vehicle was supposed to be ready two days ago. Today marks the third day I have asked for an update with zero response. It’s rare for me to leave bad reviews. I normally do recommendations only. But this experience has left me no option except to state my piece online since I can’t get a response otherwise. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. I know we will.
