We bought a new Toyota Camry in 2016 it is a 2017 Camry,

We bought a new Toyota Camry in 2016 it is a 2017 Camry, to seal the deal they gave us lifetime car washes in Baxter dealer where we bought it we live 40 miles north, but shop twice a month in brainerd anyway, now 2023 late on year they shut down car wash, went in and talked to them, they said they are no longer giving lifetime free car washes, I said you cannot do that it was part of our deal they said to bad, NEVER BUYING from Lake country Toyota in brainerd again, unhappy customer

Great person friendly.

Great person friendly. Very knowledgeable sales lady about the vehicle. Went through the vehicle and new every answer with the questions I had.

I bought my car in 2020 and have always been happy with

I bought my car in 2020 and have always been happy with service. I was not for this last appointnent.. it was maintenance for 65,000, all that needed to be done was check all fluids, rotate tires and they changed one of the fluids. It should have been no more than 45 minute appt. I was there for 3hrs. There were very few employees in the service dept and finally after 2 hrs, the service advisor checked and said that the mechanic was going thru computer training. IF you are having training, then don’t schedule appointments for that time period! When I finally got checked out, I found that they had changed my oil and it should not have been done, $50 was taken off, but still very disappointing. Also when I had my 60,000 mile maintenance done, I asked if any major things needed to be done, I was told no, but I was told on Friday that the spark plugs should have been changed. Needless to say I cannot give a 5 star rating this time.

Always a pleasant experience - a very courteous group of

Always a pleasant experience - a very courteous group of service workers. Never been a coffee or tea drinker so miss the free pop but understand cutting back on expenses.

Jordan was so nice to work with.

Jordan was so nice to work with. After texting him for a couple of days, I was Going to come in and test drive a couple cars. He was going to be gone that afternoon, so he set it up with Damon to take care of me. I just love it when employees work together as a team! I ended up buying from Jordan, and Damon was there to congratulate me as well, these are a couple of real people oriented salespeople!
