Customer service out of this world

What I liked most was the customer service. I was greeted by Kat on a Friday afternoon. She was upfront and said it will be a longer wait however if I had time Saturday morning things would be quick. I took her advice and I was in and out super quick. Saturday I was greeted with a smile and she did the little things that companies aren’t offering these days. Hats off to Kat and the crew there at Kia

Your employees were very friendly and helpful. Time estimate for repairs was covered well and waiting time also. The explanation for why the repair could not be performed was OK.
