Great vehicle-buying experience!
Mike Rice was extremely helpful and never intrusive; probably the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. He has a distinct ability to sense customer preference and support the car-buying experience rather than push it. He presents as really liking his job rather than aggressively pursuing a sale. It was a pleasure to deal with Mike and with Casey Korenstra as well. Good people to have on the team! Incidentally, I bought my previous used car from this dealership eleven years ago, and had a great experience then also. In all honesty, I returned there because I found several vehicle possibilities in my online searching, not because of previous purchase loyalty. However, everything was just as satisfactory as it was for me in 2012. That's an impressively consistent performance standard!

Quick repair time
The service technician was very attentive and listened to me and explained things thoroughly. I do think some of the cost could have been avoided had I been made aware that they only did the front brakes in October & set up an appointment to do the back brakes at the time.

Perform your own vehicle inspection
The technician who completed my oil change was very friendly and was courteous to open the door to the lobby for me as I was on crutches. The initial contact, a woman, was very pushy and borderline relaying body language of the customer being an inconvenience. Previously they had me pull into a non-quick lube lane when there for an oil change, however, she chewed me out for doing that now as that is not their protocol (not sure when that changed). She also did not offer any assistance to help me to the lobby by even opening the door for me (there is no handicap access to the service area). When she brought the keys to me at the end of service, she dropped and ran faster than she did in the beginning. You will also want to perform your own vehicle inspection. Everything turned out "green" on my report, however, if they would have actually performed an actual review, they would have noted my parking brake to not be in working condition and would have marked it as "red" instead of "green." I was well aware my parking brake was not in working condition and was expecting them to jump all over it as it is a pricey fix, they did not. Their loss for service.
