Great service highly recommend

Had an appointment to come in to see if I qualified to get a car interviewed with Stephanie Hernandez which walk me through the steps was very great in detail and step by step of everything that was needed to be done to leave in a new car

It was an amazing experienced. for the first time I met a car dealer woman, Ms .Stephanie Hernadez I’m so grateful to have her assisting me the whole process to approved she is an approachable great attitude. I’m also Thankful for Mr. George and Mr. Steve from sales department who’s doing the paper work.

My first time purchasing a car with this company

My experience with Stephanie H was wonderful. She helped and was knowledgeable and efficient with my sale. I was pressed for time- coming in on my lunch break and when I arrived, everything was fantastic. The finance manager. The one who sat in the glass room in the little office behind Stephanie was also fantastic. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience

RUN AWAY!

DO NOT GO HERE! Run the other way!! I originally came here to trade my car in. I received a quote for my car that was competitive. I called back that day to see if they would honor that price if I didn’t buy a car at this time and was told that they would. I received a call today asking if I was still planning on selling my car and was again told that they would honor the original price. I ended up going in to sell the car and they then said that they will not honor it and offered me significantly less for the car even though there had been no changes to it. Such a dishonest dealership. Stay clear

Just as bad as sister location, wasted our time in a

Just as bad as sister location, wasted our time in a trade blaming corporate but really just the guys at the other office; after viewing linkedin a bunch of trash lackeys. Wasted time twice, first tome didnt have the car there. second time, had car there but tried to scam us into a 18% interest rate (already prior customers scammed into a 9% interest rate) all cars with collisions or structural damage, told them DO NOT WASTE MY TIME; there nerve day before thanksgiving and then having the nerve to ask for 500 down at the last minute dragging us out lying about docusign; and to top it off car was pulled down from getting all new brakes and new tires on trade which cost me a month of scheduling for my current cars service just to drive it up there and play games and get almost scammed Save your time, money, and effort. Dodged a bullet and you should too, dont believe the texts they are all working the same tablet, they wont honor service agreements, they aren't talking to the banks, they aren't going to have anything ready they just have time to lie and lie more.

Great experience buying a used car

I just purchase a car from Antonio Smith and he made the entire experience easy! I highly recommend him and this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and the whole process took only 2 hours!

Should have made an appointment so that the cars I was

Should have made an appointment so that the cars I was interested in were all available. Only able to see 3 of the 4 cars I wanted too and had to wait a bit to do that. Otherwise staff very helpful.
