DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!! They try to sweet talk...

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!! They try to sweet talk you into something that looks nice but they sell crappy cars and then give you so much hassle to get the issues corrected. I got a car and come to find out there was no heat. When I took it to be serviced after only a week they tried to charge me for the part. And even with the new thermostat the issue was not resolved. How can you sell a car for $16,000 that needs work done right off the bat?? Find somewhere else to buy your car...its not worth it!

2 Vehicle sold to me and false pretenses

Sold one vehicle I’m false pretenses and and attempt to sell them false pretenses and they still have my vehicle of trade. January 2019 I bought a car with a clean Carfax, since June 2021 I’ve been trying to trade the car in they run the Vin number and the Carfax says serious structural damage. Not one dealership will take my Genesis in on trade, should be valued at close to 27,400 & 18,000 offered only 10k without the dealership even looking at the car Due to the real Carfax report I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and Carfax. Northcoast Auto in Mall manager called me and said let’s take care of this, jarid said I’ll give you $18,000 for your car as long as you buy another car from us he then told me how to look through the stock numbers of the cars of the 2000 cars in inventory and look for a C or T which means trade in or clean, process took three weeks till I found a car that I could buy because of excuses of the car is not ready the car is another location blah blah blah finally we agreed on a vehicle and I got approval for a jeep wrangler I have a text from manager Jared of approval, car with negative equity because sold on false pretenses.. with major structural damage.. September 13 2021 I went to the dealership sign some paperwork insurance keep because I was taking delivery NCAM removed my plates off Genesis, my car still sitting on the lot at NCAM lot, now for 42 days with Northcoast Auto Mall plates for sale. I’m being told that I got denied for credit which is a lie I received a denial letter from the bank that they couldn’t verify my identity I gave Northcoast proof of my Identity. also on 10/20/2021 Took a payment on my one time credit card, I did not authorize, letter of apology sent to me. 10/21/2021 I walked into A real dealership Sign and drive no questions asked

Don't let them fool you. Sure they can get you approved...

Don't let them fool you. Sure they can get you approved with bad credit. That's it everything after that is game and lies and manipulation. They also altered the check engine light so it would be off when I bought it just long enough to get home and boom there it is lit up. It's one thing to be misleading as used car salesperson but they go far beyond that. And their customers are mostly hardworking middle class people trying to find a safe vehicle for their family only to be tricked and overcharged on a junk vehicle

Great place to do business

The staff met us at the door when we were ready to approach the staff. There was no stalking in the parking lot while we were looking. Inside there were no hidden rooms or disappearing sales staff. Great attitudes even though we were there on a Sunday.

Leroy was excellent! Very personable. He didnt make me feel rushed or obligated. I walked back into the office 2 days after my initial visit and he actually remembered my name. That showed me he was a true professional. Leroy made the process as quick and painless as he could. I appreciate that. Great service!
