    The dealership was really busy with buyers from all over. I drove from Port Huron, MI, I meet some people who where from Texas that just bought a vehicle.... Everyone was courteous. Jeannette Cruz was awesome to work with, professional but personal, an all around great person to deal with. I would love for everyone I know looking for a vehicle to deal with her.

    Made apt to see car 3 days in advance due to it being 3 hours away (they knew this) and a holiday. I asked on the phone about any issues or accidents and... was told there was none. On the way there found it on a different site and it had notes frame damage. Then they called me when I was on the road for over 3 hours (there was BAD storm that day I was about half an hour away) and tell me the car isn’t there and a buyer took it for a demo and they won’t have it for another 2 or 3 days. My car was totaled the week prior and my ins was taking away my rental, I NEEDED to buy a car THAT day as a drive a lot for work, but I spent 7 hours on the road for nothing. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I almost think they were lying about even having the vehicle to get me one the lot. They somehow found a way to make an already extremely stressful bad situation worse for me. I didn’t think it was possibly with how badly things were already going. Do not recommend, unprofessional and not trustworthy.

    I went in to purchase a used vehicle, my salesman was 'HD' and the entire experience was very good. HD was polite, informative, reasonable and worked hard... to earn our business! I highly recommend this dealership and HD.

    Saturday November 28th went to look at a 2016 Buick Verano. the car only had 27,510 miles on it and they only wanted $12,799 for it. took it for a test... drive and the driver door hinge is making a noise which is from a previous side swiped accident that happened in Canada. also noticed the alternator looked old and you can here it. i told them if they can fix both i would buy the car. they told me per their policy they can only fix one or the other. the salesman Cary tried to tell me door hinge was making that noise cause it was old but Carfax shows side swiped happened in that area. makes me wonder if there was more damage to that area they would not tell me. the engine looked clean except the alternator wonder if the other one was messed up and out in a used one. i know car was a used car gotten from an auction in Canada but if you know it was in an accident you should fix it and then sell it. if they say they fixed it then you would not hear a noise. tried to get me to put a downpayment to hold vehicle today without those two things fixed. sorry no way to run a dealership, lost a customer and probably more after others see this review. also tried to tell me they breaking even on this car another reason why they can only fix one thing. sorry car did not cost $14,000 probably only $5,000 from auction.

    I purchased my car from the Cleveland, Brookpark rd Northcoast Auto Mall, I am very unhappy, they gave me the run-around the first few days after I purchased... the car. I only had the car for 1 month and the heater coil in the car doesn't work and they will not fix it. Bad service. I've had other issues with the car and I have not received a call from no-one in any Department still.

    guys) to the 2nd owner for $200 less than the listing price. That second owner put an additional 9,000 miles on the car before it was repossessed. I asked... for 3 weeks to get the price brought down to reflect that appropriately. I have heard the line “we don’t negotiate” a thousand times, yet the 3 people I know who purchased vehicles from you guys this summer all negotiated between $400-500 down. 3 weeks, and calls to other people, is what it took to get a tiny little $400 off offer which we agreed to a deal. I paid a mechanic to go out yesterday and examine the car which was well known was my last step before purchasing. I was fully prepared to come in today and purchase in cash (as we agreed on). It took my own personal outreach to discover the car was sold, without warning, after 3 weeks of discussions and multiple visits, and spending hundreds on a mechanic to come in, not to mention an agreement we reached. The response I received was a different car for $7,000 more, thinking I would buy that one? Really? 3 weeks of my time down the drain. Hundreds on a mechanic down the drain. We agreed on a deal and you sold it within a couple hours to another customer all without notice. On a vehicle I clearly expressed interest in and had reached a semi-fair deal. I hope other customers aren’t treated this way. Following the news that the car was sold to someone else even though we agreed I would come in that day to purchase it, I was sent a picture of the new owner smiling next to the car. How mature.

    Leroy and Rex worked hard for us. Rex got me the best possible deal and Leroy was kind and helpful. We went on a holiday so,it took a little longer but... drove off the lot with the car I wanted. Leroy kept in touch with me the week leading up to my visit to let me know the car I wanted was still there. Thank you Leroy and Rex!

    I was referred by Capital One telling me I was pre-approved made a call came in the next day they even offered to Uber me to location Isaiah was my salesman... and we test drive 3 vehicles I will always go back in future.

    The entire buying process, customer service, inconsistent staff. Nothing ever seems to be organized, even simple things like routine follow ups. Everything... was extremely unpleasant.
