Love my Outlander from North Coast Mitsubishi!

I appreciated my first in-person contact when test-driving the Outlander. In less than an hour, Milad and Don quickly got me in a vehicle and provided all the pricing information, including special financing promos. It was refreshing compared to other car dealerships, which took, on average, two hours for the same information. After visiting five other dealerships and test-driving more than a dozen makes and models, that was a lot of my free time, not factoring in online research. Time is one of our most valuable assets, and I was grateful they valued mine. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and professional. When I decided on the trim level I wanted to purchase, it wasn't on their lot. They were able to acquire the car quickly and have it on their lot for purchase within 24 hours. I received great financing, and the OTD was phenomenal for my perceived value of the Outlander purchase. Technically, there are no stars for repairs, but I met the service department to schedule my first service app.

Paid cash for a '17 VW in April for my 16yo daughter.

Paid cash for a '17 VW in April for my 16yo daughter. Car had computer issues Day 1, EVERYONE knew, including sales. They lied about everything from the jump, and 8mos later, still don't have the car. Waiting on the computer part to come in, it's sitting at a VW dealership. While waiting, they provided 2 loaners, the first one stopped working, had to have it towed. The 2nd loaner was given with tags that were due to expire in weeks with a donut on it for my daughter to drive, and 2mos later, now it's sitting in my driveway with a different flat tire that has METAL EXPOSED. They tried to get me to drive the car in days before I had hip replacement surgery, bc that was easiest for them, and made no offer to come pick it up, or replace it with a vehicle that didn't look like something that didn't look like a homeless person was living in it. There is no worse customer service in Cleveland. Simply the worst experience ever. Dont expect management to care, bc they don't. That's been proven. Kyle is never available to talk, did nothing to help the entire time, which has been verified, and his boss approves bc I've never been contacted by anyone above, NOT ONCE. Simply can't be trusted. BEWARE and stay away. Not worth it, ever. 2nd loaner below. Will update after calling this morning to tell them to pick up the hooptie and bring me a car that works and isn't a deathtrap. I'm 99% sure they'll ask me to drive down on 2 dead hips to pickup the 3rd clunker.
