I’ve been going to the Mercedes Catonsville dealership for 3+ years now to get my sat services. I can’t honestly say that I’ve ever left... satisfied. The staff are stand offish like they have better things they could be doing. Consistently, every time I’ve picked up my car there are alerts on the console of things that have not been addressed or brought up on my service report. However the most recent experience last week has reached a tipping point and hence the review calling you out. Post the service my car was making a weird whirring sound from the dashboard that was not even there before!! There are a couple of alerts on the console about parking lights being blown out, which we’re not bright up or fixed. When I filled the “customer satisfaction form” I got a call asking what the matter was. When I relayed the matter, she said she would have someone get in touch with me. Phone tag phone tag.... radio silence.. not even crickets. I’m so disappointed with my experience. Honestly it give me anxiety just to get my routine maintenance done. I’m regretting buying a Mercedes in the first place.

Got GLC, I am very happy with my purchase. Sale person Garen is really helpful and found the car I want and got the Car for me in one day from other location.... Spoke to one the services manager he explained me clear what services I need and the warranty coverage. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I waited for an hour just for a car wash and later found it it didn’t even get washed because they were busy. I made an appointment ahead of time and whenever... I asked an employee a question about my car they acted dumb and began working on other things. Definitely not coming back
