The management was helpful in getting me a price that was reasonable. Quentin in finance made the finance process easy and transparent. He took time to explain options that were important to me. Keisha familiarized me with key features on the vehicle. By the time I drove my new Subaru off the lot, I was comfortable with all the new technology and features. She made a plan to follow up with me after I had time to enjoy the driving experience.

As luck would have it, a last minute trip to a different car dealership and a totally different car brand, changed my mind at the last minute. It was a used car with low mileage. It was totally unexpected and I felt like a puppy with its tail under his but, but Eric made me feel very respected, although of course, very disappointed at my last minute change of mind.
