    I can't thank Elder Ford Tampa Team enough . From start the end my buying experience was incredible . Especially my sales professional Oscar . He was top notch . I was with my son 5 years old . Oscar made us very comfortable and found the right car for us Ford Explorer. Can't wait to take long trips with our Explorer. I would highly recommend the dealer. Honest and higher values than any other dealer in Tampa .

    This place is ridiculous. I don't normally care enough to write reviews but I felt I had to for this one. I called ahead to schedule a routine oil change and was booked for 9am. I was told to ask for "Mike" in the Quicklane. I arrived at 845am and told the gentlemen I had a 9am appointment and was told to ask for "Mike". He said ok and took me inside to speak with "Mike." Mike was on the phone so I stood there patiently for five minutes. Meanwhile, my car was whisked away. When Mike got off the phone, I told him I was here for an oil change and was told to ask for him. He laughed and said there were three "Mikes" there and I needed to speak to the Mike in service. So he escorted me to a different area. That "Mike" was now helping a customer who had arrived after me so I stood there waiting for another five minutes. When he finally was ready to assist me, it was obvious that the fact that I had an appointment didn't make any difference and he started taking down all my info as if I had just decided to get an oil change at that moment. When he rang it up, of course it was more expensive than advertised on their website and I had to point this out to him. The service took 2 hours. They tried to sell me new tires, a cabin air filter and to change the automatic transmission fluid. I was definitely ready to leave. He gave me $10 off, but it still rang up higher than their advertised special by about $6. They did wash the car, so I didn't complain, but after all this, I definitely won't go back.

    I am beyond satisfied with the custom service that I received. Eric Thacker was my salesman. He did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Made sure I understood everything we discussed. Eric also made sure I got the truck I wanted and that I was happy. I will be back to do bussiness with y'all.     I take my Focus here for service because of the friendly staff. I have been helped by several advisors, which are all great! One of them, Johany stands out the most! He always remembers my husband and I. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We (my husband) usually have lots of questions about the work that is getting done or that needs to be done. Johany never seems annoyed or short. He will answer every request and provide us with quotes, my husband likes to shop around. I still come here though because of the great care that I receive. Also Alexis is great! Johany and Alexis truly make me feel VIP!

    I bought a used Toyota Corolla from Elder Ford in 2012, the purchase of the vehicle was excellent. I take my car back to Elder Ford for all of my oil changes, since I do not put to many miles on my car my oil changes are not that frequent. I have been VERY disappointed with my last two oil changes: The oil change prior to my last was not a very good experience, I have cheap,but nice hubcaps on my car so when I left the dealership after my oil change and tire rotation I see one of my hubcaps fly past me now I'm doing about 45 miles an hour so it is a good thing no one was hit by it. I did not chase it down instead I thought ok Ill just replace it, as I get further into my drive I'm startled by a man who comes to my window to tell me I lost a hubcap. I pull over and realize I now only have one hubcap on my car, i'm upset and drive back to the dealership to be told oh those are cheap and they stretch out it is unavoidable. So I said every time I come for an oil change and a tire rotation does that mean I have to purchase new hubcaps he said yes. Finally he agreed to pay for my next oil change and tire rotation. I left upset because I had new tires put on and the hubcaps stayed on and now he states I will have to replace them with every oil change and tire rotation hmmmm. I also felt like it could have harmed someone or something with them flying off at high speeds. Well I purchased more and almost a year later it is time for the oil change and tire rotation so I take it in and they put the very same hubcaps back on and I have not lost one since, however yesterday I took my car to Pep Boys to look at alternator and they notice I have no engine cover....That means Elder Ford did not put it back on grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr a new one is $140.00 dollars!!! I never open my hood so I would never have noticed this issue, I called this morning but have yet to receive a call back. So check everything before you leave this place because who knows what surprise you may fine in your future !!!!
