Great service

Have bought 2 vehicles here and have always had great service. Friendly staff and clean waiting room stocked with water, coffee and donuts. Well done Gladstone Dodge.

3rd brand new vehicle I have Bought from Gladstone

I have bought 3 cars from Gladstone and I got a great deal every time. The last two times I have worked out the deal through e-mail and live chat and I get the price I wanted for the new car and my trade and I just show up and within hour I am out the door with a new car. Can't get any easier than that.

Gone way downhill since I started going there.

I regularly got my oil changed here since purchasing my 2015 Cherokee. It’s gone steadily downhill, and I’ll never go back. The waiting room was filthy, it took 2+ hours, even though there was only one person ahead of me, and staff acted quite unexcited for me to be there. Let’s talk about that waiting room: food trash left from previous customers, stained, filthy chairs, blaring tv, and in general, floors and tables that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a week.

Great Out of State Buying Experience!

This has been my first experience buying a car out of state and it was a great experience! Internet sales rep Jake was a pleasure to work with and handled all my questions and negotiations in a dignified way.. Ron in finance was also a pleasure to work with! I can't believe this dealership does not have higher ratings then what is listed.. I'm glad I still gave them a shot! It was worth it!! Thanks again!!

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY HERE

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I purchased and signed a contract for a jeep wrangler on December 7th. I verified with Wells Fargo, the bank that my car was financed through that the account was approved and open on the 7th. The dealership told me in 5-7 days they would call me to come pick up my title and paperwork. After nearly 3 weeks, I call the dealership on December 27th to see when I could pick up my paperwork to register my car bc my temp tags were expiring soon and I did not want to be fined for not registering my car within the 30days. I spoke with a xxxxx named Candice who said my car hadn't been funded and they can't give me the title. Russell, the Sales manager then tells me "oh, the numbers on the contract you signed are wrong. we have to get you in to sign a new one." My mom knows car salesmans can be full of BS so she asked him to fax or send a picture of the copy to expedite time once I arrived. Russell sent the contract with the "correct" numbers and it was 3,000 dollars more and he could not explain what the extra 3,000 was for. So, Russell sent a new contract, still had BS numbers. Russell became so frustrated that he was caught up in his own crooked ways that he hung up the phone in my face. Needless to say I did NOT sign a new contract. Russell then calls me on January 2nd like nothing happened and did not apologize for hanging up on me. He asked me to come down to the dealership and he would explain the new contracts. I refused because it was very simple and he was just trying to lure me there when my mom was unavailable to hopefully get over on me. In the meantime, my mom and I tried called the GM, and FM left voicemails and no one would return our calls. On January 3rd I went to the dealership and demanded to speak to the finance guy, Butch, to explain why the numbers were different on all three contracts. Butch claimed to not know anything about the two additional contracts Russell sent me and said "the numbers were never wrong on the first contract" I asked him well why did Russell like and create new contracts, he stated "he just doesn't know how to read numbers" I then asked butch if the contract numbers were good, why isn't the car funded and why can't I get my paperwork. He stated the Wells Fargo "lost" the contract". I called Wells Fargo who confirmed Butch is a liar and the contract was sent for the first time on January 3rd along with the other required paperwork for funding. It's very clear the crooks at dealership thought I would fall for signing a bogus contract with 1,000's of unexplained number and they would have a field day. Luckily I'm not an idiot. They are very condescending and try to use fear and intimidation to make customers sign bad contracts.

Oil change and multi point inspection

Took much longer than originally told. Then was told that all 4 wheels breaks were great. Just 7 days later (285 miles) I noticed they were squealing. I guess we just pencil whipped the multi point inspection

My first car

My dealer, Jerry, worked with me to get a car at a fair price. Problem was because my credit was new they had a hard time finding someone to finance me. Fast forward two weeks I'm in a new 2018 car with a descent monthly payment. Thanks for the help.

Not approved

Service was completed in a timely manner however, it would seem that the charges for diagnostic checks would be waived if repairs are to be completed at the facility. I would guess that plugging into a port and accessing the system would take maybe 15 minutes. My main complaint was that a trial membership to SiriusXM was assigned to my vehicle without my authorization. Who determines this? I will be sure it doesn't happen again.
