Awesome, best salesperson ever!
Even though we have had problems with service dept. since Heather left we decided to return ONLY because of Tony. He is a pleasure to work with and went above & beyond to satisfy us. We will continue to refer friends and family and hope this dealership is committed to earning and keeping our business in the future. Remember it just takes one bad experience to ruin a hard fought customer relationship and lose that customer overnight. Tony, thanks for picking up the slack in other areas.

Excellent!
The experience from start to finish was excellent. The service manage was very friendly, helpful, and performed the service in a timely manner. I enjoyed chatting with Michael wile waiting for the service to be completed.

Unprofessional and "Un"Knowledgeable
Unfortunately I have taken my vehicle there four or five times over the course of five years. Problems were never fixed only more were created each time I took the vehicle in. Rachel who's supposed to be customer friendly and helpful. Expresses nothing but attitude and belittles the customer knowledge on their own vehicle and Company they invest their money in. Their prices are marked way up, along with the lack of resolving any one issue I had in particular. They always blame the electronics 4 things not processing properly but yet never fixed it. They gave me the run around and got me for more than I like to say. Took my car 30 minutes south and have the best experience of my life at Reed's dealership and Kansas City Kansas. Prices were the same as what they are supposed to be nationally Rachel was not there did not talk back to any customer and resolved any and all issues I actually expressed. Do not take your vehicle 2 Gladstone Dodge and Chrysler. You will end up meeting Rachel and quickly realize you made a mistake. Spend the extra 1/8th of a tank to get real quality service a little further south.

Lost my Keys
They lost my keys and I have to pay over $100.00 for a replacement. I called the dealership over seven time and e-mail them.

What a marvelous experience
I purchased a new 2017 Ram 1500 from Gladstone Dodge. Liz Fischer was my salesperson. I told her what I wanted and she and the staff made it happen without all the back and forth. They accomidated me were very thoughtful and never wasted my time. Thank you Liz and staff at Gladstone Dodge

KAM IS AWSOME!
MY NEIGHBOR TAMMY WORKS IN THE OFFICE, AND SO AT HER RECOMENDATION, IN 2015, I BOUGHT A 2014 DODGE CHARGER FROM SCOTT, MY CREDIT WASN'T GREAT AT THE TIME BUT THEY GOT HER DONE. LOVED MY CHARGER, GOT A GOOD PRICE, AND SO THEN YESTERDAY, I HAD A WHIM TO GO LOOK AT THIS ONE PARTICULAR JEEP I SAW ONLINE AND KAM NOT ONLY FOUND THE CAR BUT GOT ME A SWEET DEAL ON A BRAND NEW 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAILBLAZER, I FREAKING LOVE IT, LOVE GLADSTONE DODGE, TRULY A NORTH OF THE RIVER GEM. IF YOU GO TO GLADSTONE DODGE ASK FOR KAM FOR NEW VEHICLES OR SCOTT FOR USED AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
First of all I got my truck tow there and sitting there for over week not even look at. I was told everyday my truck will be in shop tomorrow. Every time I call them they make full of xxxx excuse!!! Well got my truck back today then got home notice something is missing out my truck. My coin clip gone and my 40 dollar lotto scatter is gone. Who go thru my truck with personal stuff in there. Gladstone dodge u guys suck!!! Been lie to and stealing xxxx out my truck.

Morgan was great!
Morgan was amazing. I had been looking for a car for about 2 months. I went to stateline jeep and was about to buy from them, but the unprofessionalism was insane. Called in to morgan told him I could be in the doors of the Gladstone dealership within the hour. I ended up buying that night, and the staffed stayed late. Now they're cleaning it and adding navigation, told me it was going to take a few hours. Let me take a vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait. I'm currently writing this review from a pedicure massage chair. Can't talk about how great the service! Also, Dan (the financial advisor) was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel secure in my first car buying decision.

worst experience you can imagine
The salesmen work out of little tables set up around the sales floor. There aren't any offices. Went in wanting to walk away with a new car ... found the car online and the online price was apparently not what they actually sell for. We asked for the online price, walked away, then were brought back in after the salesman finally said he would match the online price. He came back with the new paperwork... WAS STILL $2000 ABOVE ONLINE PRICE. I get rebates happen but you can't fool anyone into paying more than what the car is listed for online. He tried to get us to sign paperwork before telling us what the sales price would be as well. Complete clown show as the salesman had no idea what he was doing and couldn't seem to explain anything when we questioned his integrity.

LIED to
The salesman LIED to me my payments was not supposed to start until Nov. but I got my first statement for Sept. I feel I wasn't treated with any respect also didn't go over the vehicle with me. I was also told my first oil change will be free will be waiting to see if that happens on that.
