They made it Easy

My wife and I were shopping for a Dodge Grand Caravan and after we shopped and contacted other Dodge dealers in NW Missouri...we went to Gladstone Dodge based upon what we found in their inventory online . We knew which van(s) that we wanted to look at and we worked with Kyle Kobe of their sales staff. Unlike a couple of other dealers that we had contacted.... We felt that every phase of the process was straight forward & honest.... at no time did we feel that there was any "bait & switch" or any other deceptive tactics in use. Kyle is a young man with integrity and I highly recommend him and Gladstone Dodge when you want to buy a car.

Wonderful service!!

I purchased a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee in February from Isaiah Lawson. He was not pushy and helped me get such a great deal! Recently I found a paint chip on the passenger side door handle, I brought it in and it was taken care of immediately no questions asked. If you're looking for a new car I would highly recommend Gladstone Dodge.

We bought my new 2019 Durango GT Plus and have had issues...

We bought my new 2019 Durango GT Plus and have had issues with service and after market since day one. We paid for paint protection, etc and my car wasnt even washed when they said it was ready to pick up. So obviously no paint protection done. we had a 1300 dollar hitch added and they didnt put the correct wiring harness on it. It took 2 visits to get that corrected.. and now the paint peeled off the front bumper and they are saying it's not covered. It has 10,000miles on it has babied since day one.. and the paint peels ?? It is well under the bumper to bumper warranty and they dont wanna fix it..it is a 41,000 dollar vehicle and they will not stand behind it. Do not purchase any paint protection from them it is expensive and not worth it..I am so upset ... I really love my vehicle but I regret I purchased from Gladstone Dodge.

Worst car sales experience I’ve ever had. Our salesman...

Worst car sales experience I’ve ever had. Our salesman worked a deal with us and then agreed to a deal a couple of days later with me on the phone with all of the details clearly spelled out. Once we got to the dealership to carry out the deal that we had already agreed upon, they said that deal was no longer on the table and added another $3,000 onto the asking price of the Jeep because I sold my car myself even though I clearly told the salesman that was the case the very same day I sold the car and he was very aware of the situation. He claimed he didn’t know the price was going to change now that I didn’t have my car for a trade in. How do you not know that? Aren’t you a car salesman? Especially if you’ve been working there since 2009 like he claimed he had. The manager came out to explain what was going on and was extremely rude and raised his voice. Extremely unprofessional. If your car salesmen don’t know what they’re talking about, maybe you shouldn’t be letting them agree to deals on the phone with customers. Pretty simple. If you care about your time and especially your money , do NOT come here.

Cars Shown Online Do Not Match What is on the Lot

Internet marketing showing products online that are not inline with what is actually on the lot. Rampant use of vehicles with aftermarket upgrades that are significantly overpriced (4K worth of aftermarket parts billed at prices of 10k or more).

Long Distance Purchase. Went SUPER smooth!

Earlier this week I purchased a new RAM 1500 Limited from the team at Gladstone. Being from St. Louis I was able to work the deal out online and over the phone. The transaction at the store took an hour from start to finish. Gladstone made it easy to get the truck I wanted at the right price. Thank you Gladstone!!

GPS and Navigation System for 2013 Ram Laramie

I have taken my truck in several times with issues concerning GPS and Nav system. Even in the parking lot the truck showed it was miles away from the location and showed an incorrect heading. After searching on the internet it appears this is a huge problem for Ram trucks. In any case, the service department told me they could not duplicate my problem, and when I got it back the truck worked fine for 2 days. Now, for the 3rd time, my heading and GPS location are incorrect. I purchased an extended warranty and they basically blow me off. I even showed the service rep a video of the issue and he told me to have a nice day.
